Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Let go of your worries. Step outside of your thoughts into this present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and get out of your own way!

Everything good that you want—it’s all coming. The only thing that could keep it away is your own thoughts.

Breathe in and step outside of your mind!
Breathe out and let go of your thoughts.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

If you can just get a few breaths away from your worries, away from your fears, you will find so much more peace. You will notice right in front of you: you have what you wanted.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and just make peace with what is!

The sooner you embrace and accept and make peace with what is, the sooner what you want can flow to you.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

You are the creator! You are the only thing creating your experience! Decide to let go of all of your second-guessing, all of your worrying, all of your fears. And just enjoy life as it is.

Breathe in and step into your power.
Breathe out and remember who you are.

You are the creator! And if you want to create your ideal reality today, all you have to do is get out of the way! You can spend some time thinking about what you want. Ask yourself right now, what do I want? I just want safe travel. What do you want?

Now if you had that thing you wanted, how would you feel? I would feel flow and relief. I would feel playful. How would you feel if you got that thing you wanted?

Breathe in and decide to feel the way you want to feel right now!
Breathe out and let your wound-up tightness go!

Decide to feel playful today! Decide it’s all working out for you! And if it doesn’t, who cares! You don’t give a fuck!

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!
