What A Relief! (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

You have come so far. You are doing everything right. And today is the best day of your life!

Breathe in and make peace with what is!
Breathe out and get excited about what is!

When it’s time, it’s time. Whatever it is you want to manifest or let go of, when it’s the right time, it will come. You are free from worrying and striving and trying to achieve. It’s time to really let go of your desires and let them come to you.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and let, “When it’s time, it’s time,” be your affirmation today.

If there are things on your to-do list that have been building up for months, or if there is something you know you need to stop doing but you just haven’t been able to let go yet, just say to yourself, “When it’s time, it’s time.”

Breathe in and relax. Life is not serious.
Breathe out and smile because life loves you so much!

You are in the perfect position to thrive where you are. All it takes to start thriving is letting go of all of those thoughts that block the flow.

Breathe in and step into this present moment.
Breathe out and let yourself feel so relieved. You don’t have to think about that anymore. You can let it go. Just keep doing what you’re doing and trust that when it’s time, you’ll know.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

Let yourself be light and playful today! Life is on your side and whatever you want is coming. But you won’t get it until you feel as good as you would feel if you had it. So ask yourself right now, “What do I want?”

Now ask yourself, “How would I feel if I had that thing I wanted?”

If I had what I wanted, I would feel so relieved. And I can choose to feel relief right now.

Breathe in and decide to feel so relieved!
Breathe out and say it: “I am so relieved! I am so relieved!”

I am so relieved!

Just keep practicing that feeling. Let that be another affirmation that you use today. When it’s time, it’s time. I am so relieved that I don’t have to do anything because when it’s time, it’s time!

What a relief!

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!
