Life is supposed to be fun! So today, let’s stand up to our thoughts and have the best day of our lives!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Let your body relax! Let your mind relax.

Breathe in and step into the present moment.
Breathe out and decide to play with your day!

You can choose to be playful in every moment, no matter what’s happening. And then life will play with you!

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and let go of your thoughts.

You can stand up to your thoughts right now, by focusing on your breath. By chanting, by counting, by using an affirmation—whatever feels right for you today—use that to stand up to your thoughts and master your mind today.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

This is the best day of your life, starting right now. Everything ever created in all of reality, led up to this moment, right here, right now, with you and me! There is something special about this moment.

Breathe in and recognize how special this moment is!
Breathe out and congratulate yourself. You made it! You’re awake! You’re ready for life to be good to you!

Breathe in and take your power back.
Breathe out and relax.

The only thing you’re taking your power back from is your thoughts. Every thought takes energy. Ask yourself right now, where are you putting your energy? Are you putting your energy towards negative thoughts or positive thoughts? Where do you want to put your energy?

Breathe in and decide to direct your energy.
Breathe out and feel yourself becoming even more energized!

You have a choice in every moment, to put your energy towards thinking about what you want, or thinking about what you’re afraid of. Or you can also put your energy towards thinking nothing at all, and that really has the most power.

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts!
Breathe out and become the magician of your life!

To step into your power, to work magick in your life, all you need is a singular focus.

Breathe in and commit to a singular focus.
Breathe out and intend to have a singular focus!

When you have a singular focus—when your attention is on a single point—you have gathered all of your attention into one place. And when you are able to drop the one point, that concentrated attention falls into the infinite. It falls onto the unknown. To god itself.

Breathe in and concentrate your attention on one point.
Breathe out and feel your power concentrating.

You can choose any method to focus that you want—silent counting, your breath, love, chanting. Choose one thing to put your singular focus on today. And you will be so much closer to god—so much closer to the infinite. Because your thoughts won’t be dragging you around, torturing you.

Breathe in and gather your attention.
Breathe out and commit to practicing your power today.

Place your attention on one singular point and you will have mastered your mind, and you will see evidence of miraculous magick in your life.

Breathe in and get ready to receive what you want!
Breathe out and relax because you already have it right now!

What you want, is just a connection to love. By placing all of your attention on one single point, you will merge with it, and become one with god, one with love. And you will see, life already is the way you want it to be!
