Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream!
Breathe out and step into your power!

This moment, right here, right now, is all that truly exists. Let yourself relax and stop thinking about the past and the future and your to do list and what you have to do tomorrow, and what you said in that text. Let it all go!

Breathe in and just be here now.
Breathe out and let go of your awareness about what other people are doing.

So often we miss people or we feel jealous or we wish things were different. We wish we were having more fun and that people would visit or that there was something to do or someone to talk to. But by entering the present moment, we can enjoy our lives. We can fall in love with our lives exactly the way that they are!

Breathe in and wake up right here, right now!
Breathe out and smile because it’s not serious!

This moment, right here, is the main event! How can you have fun in this moment, right here, without anything changing? Without adding any other people or circumstances? How can you be completely in love with yourself and your life, in this moment right here?

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and relax because the answer is easy. To fully enjoy who you are and where you are, to be completely in love with yourself and your life circumstances, all you have to do is step outside of your thoughts.

Breathe in and watch your thoughts.
Breathe out and notice what you’re thinking right now.

I’m thinking, “There’s so much I have to do for tomorrow!” What are you thinking?

Breathe in and welcome your thoughts.
Breathe out and now stand up to your thoughts.

You don’t have to listen to that voice in your head. You can silence your mind or get some distance from your thoughts, just by focusing on your breath, or by focusing on a specific mantra or affirmation.

Breathe in and focus your attention in this moment.
Breathe out and take your attention off of your thoughts in your head, and on to this moment. You can do that just by following your breath, with as much concentration as you can muster.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

This moment is magickal. This moment is exactly what you need. This moment holds everything that you could possible want to feel good. In this moment, you are conscious and you are aware.You can let your thoughts go now, about all those other people and places and things. And just focus right here, right now.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

There’s so much available to you in this moment right here. You can talk to aliens. You can have a lucid dream. Think about what you want, right now. I want to get a text back from this girl! Now let it go forever! Whatever it is you want, let it go by focusing on your breath:

Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

You can access that psychedelic present moment, that feeling that is pure love and joy. You have access to it. It already IS you! The only thing holding you back is your thoughts. Decide right now, to transcend your mind and enter the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!
