Breathe in and choose love right now.
Breathe out and welcome love into your life.

All problems can be solved with love, and it begins with love, inside of you—choosing to embrace and welcome love, yeah, love.

Breathe in and lighten up! Love is not serious!
Breathe out and relax your body! Love is relaxed!

Let yourself wake up in the dream, right here, right now. Let yourself be light. Let yourself smile!

Breathe in and feel that love in your heart.
Breathe out and let go of your resistance to love.

In every moment, you have a choice. Are you acting out of love or are you acting out of fear?

Breathe in and choose to act out of love today!
Breathe out and be kind to yourself.

Choosing love over fear is a lifelong journey. But you’ve already started. You started when you were born. And love is just for fun. Love is playful! Love doesn’t have to be corny or sappy or awkward. Love is play! Love is fun! And when something’s fun, you love it! And when you love something, it’s fun!

Breathe in and open up to more love in your life today!
Breathe out and welcome more love into your life today!

You have access to an infinite reservoir of love. You are made out of love, yeah love! Decide today to make a few more decisions out of love instead of fear. When you are going about your day doing whatever it is on the computer, at work, in your relationships—take the time to ask yourself, “What is the loving thing to do here?” And it can be so challenging to do the loving thing when you’re afraid. And you don’t have to do the loving thing. It’s hard to even ask in the moment when you’re afraid, “What’s the loving thing to do?” But just plant the seed today. Plant the seed of intention.

Breathe in and intend to take the loving route.
Breathe out and intend to just notice the next time you have to make a decision.

A good example is when I’m walking around outside and I feel threatened or I feel unsafe. In those moments, I start acting out of fear, protecting myself, trying to hurry to get home. But what would it be like if I made the loving choice? What would it feel like if I said, “I am going to act with love on this walk today”?

Breathe in and open up to more decisions made out of love!
Breathe out and really be kind to yourself today.

You have made more loving decisions than fearful decisions. That’s why you’re here. And the more we all make one tiny little step towards love, the more loving the whole world becomes!

Try to say that in your head when you encounter people today, especially if you’re afraid of them!

Breathing in I love myself!

And when your mind starts resisting thinking that you’re starting to sing a Barney song, just tell your mind,

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I love myself!

Breathing in I love you, mind!
And breathing out, I don’t give a fuck, mind!
