The More Focus on Breath, the Deeper Life Gets
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and relax your body.
Breathe out and relax your mind.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. Let yourself be still and access the knowing you have inside of you already.

Breathe in and let your mind slow down.
Breathe out and relax.

It’s time to let your thoughts go. It’s time to open up to infinite intelligence.

Breathe in and notice that you’re breathing in.
Breathe out and notice that you’re breathing out.

Your breath is the only thing you need to guide you back to the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. Your breath holds the answers. It’s all written in the breath.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Let go of all other thoughts other than these.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Let this rhythm connect you to the flow, to life itself.Our minds distract us and make us resist. But we can stand up to our thoughts just by following our breath.

Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Feel yourself calming down. Feel your mind calming down. The more attention you place on your breath, the less attention there is on worrying and fears.

Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

The longer you practice meditating on your breath, the more the clouds clear from your mind. The more the water stills. The more you focus on your breath, the less stress you feel, and the deeper life gets! It’s such a simple practice. It’s deceiving. But the more you practice focusing on your breath, the deeper life gets! The trippier life gets.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Use this whenever you start feeling angry or resistant or too worried. Wen you feel afraid. Keep going back to your breath and not only will you calm down but you’ll receive insights that are deeper than anything your mind can come up with.

We all have access to infinite intelligence. We all have the answers inside of us. We are fractals of life. When we quiet our minds, we’re able to access the inner wisdom, the perennial philosophy, the knowing that is in each speck of consciousness. The more we focus on our breath, on the on and off, the more we know the meaning of life.

Life is just for fun! Life itself is inherently playful. Go back to your breath today and see how much more fun life becomes and how much easier it is to play!
