What You Seek Is Seeking You
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Welcome back to the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe in and smile because life is not serious!
Breathe out and surrender! You don’t have to listen to your thoughts any more!

Let your body relax. Let your mind slow down. Decide to enjoy this moment.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and let go of your thoughts.

When you let go of your thoughts, you open yourself up to infinite intelligence.

Breathe in and open up!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences!

You may want things to go a certain way, but the way that things are, is how they’re meant to be.

Breathe in and embrace what is.
Breathe out and let go of your thoughts and your doubts and your fears.

Just because you embrace how things are, doesn’t mean you don’t want them to change. It just gives you peace and stops your thoughts from creating a world where things aren’t the way you want them to be.

Breathe in and connect to your higher self.
Breathe out and be connected.

Let the inspiration flow through you. Let the answers start revealing themselves.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Why am I here?”
Breathe out and listen for the answer. “Why am I here?”

To me the answer is: for fun!

Breathe in and open up to fun today!
Breathe out and smile because smiling will connect you with more fun!

You may not want to smile. You may be out of the habit of smiling today, but if you choose to smile right here right now, you will start attracting more things to smile about!

Breathe in and let yourself smile!
Breathe out and start feeling better about all of life!

The answers are all here waiting for us. We only have to step outside of our thoughts to become a match.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Relax your body and relax your mind. Open up to what is trying to find you. Ask yourself, “What am I trying to find?”

Breathe in and ask, “What am I trying to find?”
Breathe out and listen for the answer. “What am I trying to find?”

I am trying to find flow. I am trying to get in the rhythm of life without my mind getting in the way. What are you trying to find?

Now realize, what you are looking for is also looking for you. The flow is looking for me right now. Whatever you seek is seeking you. But the more you look for it, the more you turn away from it. So, today, decide to stop seeking whatever it is you’re seeking, and then you will make the space for it to come to you.

Breathe in and give up on seeking.
Breathe out and feel how you’re already a magnet for it to come to you.

This rhythm and flow that I want so desperately, this routine and natural rhythm and energy that I strive for, is looking for me. But I keep shutting it down by forcing things to go a certain way, by taking stimulants when I want to feel up and downers when I want to feel down.

But you can relax and let the flow of life find you. You can let what you want find you! It’s time to give up on seeking, and let it find you!

Breathe in and give up! It feels so good to give up!
Breathe out and know you are now magnetized for what you want to find you!

You no longer have to look for it. You no longer have to strive. It’s already knocking on your door right now. Just let it in.

Breathe in and be still: that’s how you let it in.
Breathe out and still your mind: that’s how you let it in.

Get your thoughts out of the way, right now. And as you go about your day, devote yourself to some practice of stilling your mind. That’s how what you want will find you. Instead of thinking about getting in that routine or getting what you want—you need to be free of those thoughts, and then what you want will finally be able to find you.

Breathe in and open up to receiving what you want!
Breathe out and feel so relieved. What you want is now finding you!
