Don’t let anyone drag your vibration down today!

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious!
Breathe out and decide to lead by example today.

Today, you are unshakable in your feeling good. Today, you will lift others up with you. Today is the best day of your life and you’re doing everything right!

Breathe in and relax your body.
Breathe out and let your mind slow down.

Decide to put your mood before anything else today. Remember, your mood is your work. And when you feel good, good things happen.

Breathe in and be your reason for feeling good!
Breathe out and focus your attention.

If you want to feel good all day, you must have a singular focus on one point. That point can be your breath; it can be an affirmation or mantra. It can be silent counting in your head. You must keep your attention on one single point so that you don’t get dragged around by your thoughts.

Breathe in and choose your singular focus for today.
Breathe out and listen for what your singular focus should be.

Mine is the buddhist chant of, “Nam Myoho Renge Kyo.” Whatever you choose to be your singular focus, keep your attention on it 100% today. And know that by doing so, you are taking care of your vibration. You are lifting yourself up. And you are leading by example.

Breathe in and step into your power!
Breathe out and feel good about yourself!

You don’t have to change anyone else. You don’t have to let other people drag you down to their level. You can stay up here in the clouds, where everything is perfect and in its place, free from distraction. Free of the roller coaster—the ups and downs of letting other people affect how you feel.

Breathe in and take your power back.
Breathe out and decide to be your reason for feeling good today. You don’t need people to behave a certain way to feel good, You don’t need a certain amount of money or wealth. You only need to commit to your singular focus.

Breathe in and commit.
Breathe out and feel so empowered, so good about yourself!

You are in control of your vibration today. You are untouchable by your circumstances.

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

Let yourself be light today! Let yourself lead by example, by committing to your singular focus.

Breathing in I love myself!
