Bye Bye, Internal Dialogue! (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up!
Breathe out and relax because life is not serious. Life is just for fun!

Breathe in and let your mind slow down.
Breathe out and start noticing the spaces between your thoughts.

Are you aware of your internal dialogue, that back and forth of your thoughts, all day, every day? Well, only your thoughts can make you feel bad, so what if we just got rid of that internal dialogue today?

Breathe in and say, “Bye bye internal dialogue!”
Breathe out and watch that space between your thoughts now.

Breathing in, “Bye bye internal dialogue!”
Breathing out…

Are you watching the space between your thoughts?

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is not serious! It’s just for fun!
Breathe out and watch that space between your thoughts. Bye bye internal dialogue!

When you say goodbye to your internal dialogue, it gives you an instant of silence. Because you now notice: I am constantly chattering in my mind. Constantly thinking about what’s going wrong, what horrible thing do I have to do next? What’s bothering me? It’s relentless! But today, we’re saying, “Bye bye internal dialogue!”

Breathe in and watch that internal dialogue slow down.
Breathe out and watch the space between your thoughts.

Bye bye internal dialogue!

When you hear those thoughts come back, “Bye bye internal dialogue!”

Let yourself be playful with your thoughts. They’re not bad, they’re not trying to hurt you. But your mood attracts your thoughts and your thoughts then influence your mood. So, if you can stop your thoughts for a moment, your mood naturally returns to its feeling good set-point. Then you start attracting better feeling thoughts. You don’t have to stop thinking forever. You can still do math and call uber or whatever you do with your mind, your thoughts. Bye bye internal dialogue!

You don’t have to second guess and judge everything.

Breathing in, “Bye bye internal dialogue!”
Breathe out and enjoy that space between your thoughts.

Enjoy returning to your natural set point of feeling good.

There are worlds beyond your thoughts. There is so much beyond thinking. You have access to infinite, universal intelligence in those spaces between your thoughts.
