Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Allow yourself to really relax and let your mind slow down.

Breathe in and step into this moment.
Breathe out and wake up in the dream!

You’re in the right place at the right time. Everything is perfect and in its place. All outcomes in life are perfect.

Breathe in and celebrate! This is the best day of your life!
Breathe out and focus your attention on this moment, right here, right now!

You don’t have to think about the past, or the future, or your to do list, or what other people are doing or thinking. All that matters, is what you are doing and thinking, right here, right now.

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is not serious!
Breathe out and start feeling excited about this day! We’re just here for fun! We’re just here to play!

If you could have fun doing any kind of play today, what would it be? I always want to jump on a trampoline. That’s my ideal state of being, jumping on a trampoline. What’s yours?

Breathe in and imagine your favorite type of play!
Breathe out and imagine what it would feel like to do that.

To me, jumping on a trampoline feels like lucid dreaming. It feels so fun. It makes me happy I have a body. It makes me happy to be in physical reality. How would you feel if you were engaged in your ideal form of play?

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

You have a physical body. You’re just here for fun. You get to play. From this moment forward, decide to play with your day!

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

I don’t give a fuck about my to-do list. I don’t give a fuck about what other people are thinking or doing. All that matters is what I’m focused on, right here, right now, and whether or not that focus feels good.

Breathe in and remember: YOUR MOOD IS YOUR WORK!
Breathe out and surrender!

Let go of your preferences and then it won’t matter what the outcome is. Let go of thinking about what other people are doing, and then it won’t matter what they’re doing. Surrender every thought that you can. And choose right now what your singular focus is going to be today.

Breathe in.
Breathe out.

Today, my singular focus in going to be “Nam Myoho Renge Kyo.” What’s yours going to be?

Breathe in and commit to your singular focus!
Breathe out and feel empowered because when you keep your attention on a singular focus, instead of lost in your thoughts, what you want will manifest so much more quickly, because you’re not thinking about how you don’t have it.

Breathe in and commit!
Breathe out and feel empowered!

You have chosen your singular focus. Now stick to it all day, think it over and over and over. And watch as the miracles unfold!
