Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and step into this present moment.
Breathe out and surrender.

Surrender your expectations and your preferences for how you think things should go. Just embrace and accept what is.

Breathe in and let your mind slow down.
Breathe out and know that when you embrace and accept what is, that doesn’t mean you agree with it, or that you want it, or that you think it’s fair—it just allows you to have some peace and to feel better. And when you feel better, you make space for those things to change.

Breathe in and lighten up, it’s not serious!
Breathe out and let go of your thoughts.

This is the right place and the right time and you are doing everything right. Everything ever created led up to right now, to you in this moment. You are so powerful and you are so loved. It’s time to relax and start enjoying being alive!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Let today be the best day of your life! Let your mood start feeling great, right now!

Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

Decide to be your meditating self today! You know when you meditate, and you finally get some space from your thoughts and you start thinking loving thoughts, and you start feeling better—you can be that person in your daily life. All you have to do is go back to your breath.

Breathe in and listen for what you higher self tells you.
Breathe out and keep listening

Breathing in I am a powerful witch!
Breathing out I live the magick life!

Whatever comes to you when you think,

Breathing in, ____________.
Breathing out, ____________.

Those are your power words. Those are the things you need to hear. Keep your attention on your breath today and let your higher self tell you everything you need to know.

Breathe in and decide to have fun today!
Breathe out and start feeling excited because when your attention is on your breath, you’re connected to infinite intelligence, you’re playful and present, and you’re a match for love and abundance.

Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

I don’t give a fuck about what’s happening outside of right now! I don’t give a fuck about my worries! I don’t give a fuck about what other people think! And above all, I don’t give a fuck about what my thoughts are trying to tell me.

Breathe in and listen to your higher self—not your thoughts.
Breathe out and let your inspiration come.

You’ll know the difference between your ego thinking mind, and advice from your higher self, by asking yourself, “Is this a loving thought or a fearful thought?” Your egoic mind speaks only in fear and your higher self speaks only in love.

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I doubt give a fuck!

Because now I’m connected to my higher self, in the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!
