Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and smile because life is not serious!
Breathe out and let go of your worries!

Let go of your fears. Let go of your thoughts.

Breathe in and lighten up!
Breathe out and feel the flow flowing through you!

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. Let yourself relax and just be here now.

Breathe in and feel your mind slowing down.
Breathe out and welcome what comes.

As you go about your day, make it your mission to accept whatever is happening. If it rains on your parade, if things don’t go the way you want them to go, decide to accept them and make peace with what is.

Breathe in and feel your power coming back!
Breathe out and feel excited because your power is in your letting go—letting go of resisting what’s happening.

Imagine going through your day and saying, “Thank you,” to everything that happens. Thank you for the rain. Thank you for the catcall. Thank you for the bills that are now higher than they used to be. Thank you for the addiction. Thank you for the missed calls. Thank you for the comments you don’t like. Say thank you to it all.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. The more you say thank you and accept what is, the less pain you’ll be in. The less resistance you’ll feel. The more things will ultimately go your way.

Breathe in and say thank you!
Breathe out and say thank you!

When you are really, truly annoyed or afraid, try saying thank you instead of resisting. The space will open up for you to understand and see why what is happening is actually a blessing.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

It’s all happening in your favor! It’s all working out for you! It’s safe to relax. It’s safe to welcome it all.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

You don’t have to resist all those things that are unplanned. You don’t have to resist paying the bills. You don’t have to resist comments.If you allow yourself to say thank you and make peace with what is, you will be at peace and ultimately you’ll have the upper hand.

Breathe in and be unfazed!
Breathe out and say thank you to whatever is happening. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

When you feel gratitude regardless of your circumstances, you will attract more things to be grateful for. You’ll get sudden surprises and windfalls and miracles, but ultimately you’ll be at peace. You’ll be untouchable. You will be in the right place at the right time no matter where you are.

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck about all that resistance! I love myself no matter what is happening around me. And I am so grateful for all that is, because I am lucky enough to live in this life at this time!
