Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and let go of your thoughts.

Let your mind slow down. Let yourself smile. This life is just for fun!

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and enter this present moment.

You don’t have to think about your to-do list. You don’t have to think about those people. You don’t have to think about what drama happened earlier today. You don’t have to think about anything. It’s ok to just be.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and let go.

The space between your thoughts is where you can go to rest and recharge. It’s where you can go to feel better and feel energized.

Breathe in and notice the space between your thoughts.
Breathe out and let go. Let go of your thoughts.

When you notice the space between your thoughts, you’re watching your thoughts. You’re the observer. You’re not caught up in your thoughts. You can see clearly that you are not your thoughts.

Breathe in and see clearly now.
Breathe out and watch that space between your thoughts.

In that space, you naturally feel good. Your natural set point as a human is feeling good.

Breathe in and let yourself return to your natural state!
Breathe out and let go of all of those thoughts.

Your mind only wants to divide and label and separate. When you step outside of your thoughts, you remember your wholeness. You remember we’re all one. You remember that love is the ONLY thing that’s real.

Breathe in and return to love.
Breathe out and smile because life is really just for fun!

Your mind will keep pulling you back to those thoughts about, Remember what happened earlier? Remember how mad you are? Remember how worried you are? Remember how you’re waiting to get that thing you want?” Your mind is relentless in its worries and its attacks. But today, you will rise above, you will transcend thoughts, and you will remember your power as the creator of you!

Breathe in and think about what you want today.
Breathe out and let it come to you.

What would you feel like if you got that thing you wanted? I would feel so good about myself. I would feel confident. I would feel magickal. How would you feel if you got what you wanted?

Breathe in and step into your magick!
Breathe out and let your desire go!

It only takes one moment of practicing the way you want to feel for it to start on its journey to manifesting. It’s already created. All a miracle is, is a shift in perception. Then you feel better, and you will see better things that were already right in front you. You just couldn’t see them because you weren’t a match.

Breathe in and feel better already!
Breathe out and let go of those thoughts. You don’t need a single one of them!

All you need to thrive is right here in front of you. You are in the right place at the right time! You are safe. And now you are beginning to return to your natural state!

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

Let life be easy today! Rest in that space between your thoughts and watch as the miracles unfold!
