Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and surrender.

Surrender your preferences of how you want things to be.

Breathe in and decide to be happy either way.
Breathe out and know: it is within your power to feel good no matter what happens.

Whether the unexpected happens, whether that thing you don’t want to happen happens, you can still feel good no matter what! You do that with your singular focus.

Breathe in and step outside of your mind.
Breathe out and become the master of your mind!

When you step outside of your thoughts and become the observer, you return to your position as the master. Your mind is a tool. Don’t let it be your master.

Breathe in and be the observer.
Breathe out and stand up to your thoughts!

Master your mind, right now, today. If you want to live a life where you have miracles, where you feel good, where you enjoy being you—you need to stand up to your thoughts, right now.

Breathe in and decide: I am standing up to my thoughts!
Breathe out and choose a singular focus.

You are committing, right now, to mastering your mind. You are committing to feeling good no matter what happens in this world.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

It is up to you how much you enjoy life. Things are going to keep happening. People are going to die. Pets are going to die. Sickness, bankruptcy, tragedies happen! But the secret to a happy life is deciding to feel good no matter what happens.

Breathe in and decide to feel good no matter what happens!
Breathe out and know that when you decide to feel good about whatever’s happening, the solution is revealed and you come to understand why that was the best possible thing that could have happened.

Breathe in and relax your body.
Breathe out and let go of your worries!

You are in the right place at the right time. Whatever happens, you can relax because all outcomes in life are perfect. If you want to start feeling good right here, right now, it’s time to stand up to your thoughts and choose a singular focus to keep your attention on instead of your worries. Decide whether you’re going to breathe consciously, count silently, or chant a mantra in your head. One of the three will work. Choose right now what works best for you.

Breathe in and master your mind!
Breathe out and step into your power!

This is the best day of your life, if you let it be! A miracle is jut a shift in perception. Everything is already created and waiting for you. You live the magick life! Life is so complex and wild—can you even believe we’re here?! Let yourself believe that you have some power in this world!

Breathe in and step into that power!
Breathe out and feel relieved because no matter what happens, you can feel good. You can enjoy your life. You can feel love wherever you are.
