Transcend Pain (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and let go.

If you’re feeling any pain or anger or discomfort, allow yourself to focus on it right now.

Breathe in and enter the present moment.
Breathe out and focus your attention on that pain you want to release.

There is no pain in the present. And the light of your awareness will dissipate anything that isn’t love.

Breathe in and feel your pain.
Breathe out and notice what that pain feels like.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and relax.

Feel the pain lessening. Feel your body releasing. Feel yourself lightening up already.

Breathe in and feel light.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious!

There is no pain in the now. So any time you feel pain or anger, place all of your attention on that sensation. And let it pull you into the present moment.

Breathe in and enter the present moment.
Breathe out and let your thoughts go.

Pain is caused by focusing on the past or the future, by thinking about your pain. Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. And today, it’s time to feel better!

Breathe in and lighten up!
Breathe out and feel that pain disappear!

You have felt it, you have shined the light of loving awareness on it, and now it’s time to let it go!

Breathe in and lighten up!
Breathe out and see your pain from a new perspective!

The pain is just helping you get to the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

This is the best day of your life! And you can choose to live in the present, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about! Release your thoughts, release your pain, release your discomfort! Let yourself be light today and let yourself transcend pain.
