Ask for Forgiveness
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Forgive yourself today.

Breathe in and ask for forgiveness.
Breathe out and be forgiven.

As you go about your day, recognize how many times you would like forgiveness. I can through my day and think things like, “Please forgive me for overeating. Please forgive me for not being generous. Please forgive me for thinking negative thoughts about myself. Please forgive me for not being present. Please forgive me for scrolling. Please forgive me. Please forgive me.”

Breathe in and be forgiven!
Breathe out and feel free!

When you practice forgiving yourself, you notice how many times throughout the day you are judging yourself and beating yourself up.

Breathe in and ask for forgiveness.
Breathe out and be forgiven.

“Please forgive me for not being present. Please forgive me for rushing. Please forgive me judging myself. Please forgive me for basing my worth on my likes. Please forgive me for thinking money is my supply. Please forgive me for being lazy. Please forgive me for eating too much sugar and butter! Please forgive me for supporting factory farming. Please forgive me for being afraid.” The list goes on and on and on! The things that I judge myself about. But: If you can ask for forgiveness, you will feel such a weight lifted! And you no longer have to judge yourself because you were forgiven by your self!

Breathe in and ask for forgiveness.
Breathe out and be forgiven!

You’re asking forgiveness from your higher self, from the source within you, from the universe, from infinite intelligence. Ultimately, it’s just a less neurotic version of you that’s giving the forgiveness.

Breathe in and ask for forgiveness.
Breathe out and be forgiven!

“Please forgive me for doubting myself. Please forgive me for not calling my mom more. Please forgive me for not cleaning more. Please forgive me for not prioritizing. Please forgive me for not exercising enough. Please forgive me for feeling like I’m not enough in the first place!” The list of judgements from the ego is never-ending. But you can stand up to your ego by offering it love and forgiveness.

Breathing in I forgive myself.
Breathing out I am forgiven.

When you forgive all the transgressions, you experience such freedom, such lightness, such love. It doesn’t matter how many times you judge yourself in a day, you can forgive every single one of these “transgressions” that ultimately are just ways that you’re human!

Breathe in and ask for forgiveness!
Breathe out and be forgiven!
