Align Your Chakras (transcript)
[The Sanskrit word chakra means "wheel". In Hinduism, chakras are psychic energy centers in the body. Chakras can be a focus in meditation to direct and unblock energy.]
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and relax!
Breathe out and enter this present moment.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Let your body relax.

Breathe in and smile because life is not serious!
Breathe out and let your worries go.

Today, decide to trust the process of life. No matter how much you want your circumstances to change, decide to embrace them and love them and accept them.

Breathe in and say yes to your circumstances.
Breathe out and say thank you to your circumstances.

It’s safe to relax now. It’s safe to let the flow through you.

Breathe in and bring energy into your crown chakra.
Breathe out and activate your crown chakra.

Breathe in and bring energy into your third eye chakra.
Breathe out and activate your third eye chakra.

Breathe in and bring energy into your throat chakra.
Breathe out and activate your throat chakra.

Breathe in and bring energy into your heart chakra.
Breathe out and activate your heart chakra.

Breathe in and bring energy into your solar plexus chakra.
Breathe out and activate your solar plexus chakra.

Breathe in and bring energy into your navel chakra.
Breathe out and activate your navel chakra.

Breathe in and bring energy into your root chakra.
Breathe out and activate your root chakra.

You have now opened up the pathway for energy to flow through you, unencumbered, unhindered.

Breathe in and lighten up!
Breathe out and feel your body align!

You can call on this chakra alignment any time that you’re feeling blocked or stagnant or lazy.

Breathe in and feel energized!
Breathe out and think about what you want!

Breathe in and really consider: “What do I want?”
Breathe out and just visualize it for a minute. “What do I really want today?”

I want to feel inspired and enthusiastic about my work. What do you want?

Breathe in and take that thing you want, and imagine how you would feel if you got it.
Breathe out and identify that feeling. I want to feel inspired and enthusiastic.

Now, with your chakras aligned and lit up, practice gratitude in advance. Make this your prayer. Whatever it is you want today, say thank you as if it’s already happened.

Breathe in and feel aligned!
Breathe out and feel relieved!

You’ve sent out your prayer. You’ve practiced gratitude in advance. You know your power as the creator. You’ve co-created with the universe, with source energy. Now you’re free to relax and enjoy your day.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Now ground this energy that hasn’t been used and return it to the earth. Thank you for helping us.
