Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream!
Breathe out and let the flow through you.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and make peace with what is.
Breathe out and let your worries go.

All outcomes in life are perfect. You don’t have to get involved.

Breathe in and let what you want come to you!
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious!

We are just here for fun. We are just here to enjoy being alive.

Breathe in and enjoy being.
Breathe out and let go of your resistance.

It’s all working out for you. You don’t have to worry or doubt anymore. It’s time to transcend your thinking mind, into the infinite realm beyond.

Breathe in and open up to new ideas!
Breathe out and let what is, be enough.

This reality, this moment right here—is infinite. It has so much depth. It has all of the answers, all of the solutions. It’s all right here. You can access the magick already right in front of you with presence.

Breathe in and get some space from your thoughts.
Breathe out and feel your thoughts slowing down.

Let go of thinking about thinking. Let go of criticizing criticizing. Let go of complaining about complaining. Let go of it all.

Breathe in and open up to new possibilities!
Breathe out and let the solutions come to you.

If you can still your mind, you can access the answers. The stillness holds creativity. The stillness holds solutions. The stillness holds playfulness.

Breathe in and be still.
Breathe out and be still.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Using this mental code, or mantra, can help you focus on right here, right now, instead of whatever you’re thinking about.

Other ways to become instantly present are with other mantras or mental codes attached to your breath like,

Breathing in YES!
Breathing out THANK YOU!

Or just repeating the phrase, “Love Yeah Love” in your mind over and over. It reminds you to look at your surroundings with love and to say yes to what is. Love, yeah, love. Love, yeah, love. It can help you start to anthropomorphize your surroundings. It can help you attribute life, consciousness to everything around you. And when everything around you is life and consciousness and awake, it’s all available to talk to, to play with, to find answers within.

Breathe out and say thank you!

Love is at your core. Love is within the stillness. Love is what presence is.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Everything around you is conscious. Everything around you has the answers you’re looking for. It’s all a fractal of the infinite universe.
