Happiness Is A Decision (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body. You’re in the right place at the right time.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and slow down.

Slow your thoughts. There’s nothing you have to do right now. There’s nowhere you have to rush to get to. Everything is perfect and in its place, including you.

Breathe in and lift yourself up!
Breathe out and smile because this life is not serious!

It’s ok to let go of those thoughts that make you feel bad, and return to your natural state of feeling good.

Breathe in and get some space from your thoughts.
Breathe out and feel your mind slowing down.

This is the right place. This is the right time.

You can rest assured you are on the right path.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Bring your attention into your body, to your life within. Focus your awareness on the point within you where you connect to source.

Breathe in and connect to source.
Breathe out and let go of your awareness of the outside world.

The outside world reflects your connection to source. You can connect no matter what. Even if you have habits you don’t like. Even if there are things you don’t like about yourself. You don’t have to change anything to connect to source. You don’t have to change anything to start feeling good and seeing those positive reflections.

Breathe in and feel better already!
Breathe out and let your worries go.

It’s safe to relax. It’s safe to enjoy your life right now. It’s safe to smile and let go. Ask yourself, “What do I want today?”

Breathe in and think about what you want.
Breathe out and really pinpoint it: what do you want today?

I just want to feel good about myself. I want to be happy to be alive.

Breathe in and decide to feel good about yourself.
Breathe out and make the decision to be happy to be alive!

Happiness is a decision, not something that happens to you. Today, we can choose it. We can choose to feel happy. We can intend to feel happy. Do it right now. Today I intend to feel happy!

Breathe in and feel the power of your intention.
Breathe out and let go of those doubts, those thoughts that come in and say, “But I can’t be happy if I do this. I can’t be happy if this happens. I can’t be happy if this doesn’t change.” Those are all doubts that you can stand up to. They’re not true. The only thing that is true in life is love. And if you have unloving thoughts, you can know they’re not true!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Those are the only phrases you need to focus on today. Even if bad things happen. Even if you make choices that aren’t in total alignment with your higher self. Just say yes and thank you! For example: Say you have a habit that you don’t really like. When you catch yourself doing this habit, say to yourself,

Yes!
Thank you!

Welcome everything in your life, especially those things you don’t like or those things you think make you not such a good person. Welcome them with yes and thank you. Celebrate them! They are leading you on the right path. It’s all happening for a reason and it’s all working out for you.

Breathe out and say thank you!

It will all make sense in hindsight. Regardless of what you do today, whatever habits you have that you wish you wouldn’t do, say yes and thank you and welcome them. When you welcome your reality instead of resist it and push it away, it’s free to change. It’s free to show you the good parts of it, the reasons why you do these things you don’t like.

Breathe out and say thank you!

Say yes and thank you to every aspect of your life experience today. And you will see it truly is something to celebrate.
