Your Work Is to Relax (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body. Decide to celebrate how far you’ve come. You’ve come so far. Since this time last year? Everything’s working out for you. You’re feeling better and better. You’re maintaining control of your vibration. You’re creating new thought patterns.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

This is the best day of your life. Let yourself enjoy what you have manifested so far. If you don’t enjoy what you have, you’ll never get what you want because you won’t enjoy it. It’s time to start celebrating who you are and what you have. And open up the channels for more to flow your way.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

If there are things in your life that you have but think you don’t want, say “yes” and “thank you” to them and their purpose will start revealing themselves to you.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

You are in the right place at the right time. You are doing everything right. Believe in yourself. Believe that you have perfect timing. Believe that what you want is on the way.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

Breathe in and feel your mind slowing down.
Breathe out and let go of your worries.

Ask yourself, “What do I want today?” I want to feel inspired to make my next big project. What do you want?

Breathe in and imagine what it would feel like to get what you want.
Breathe out and bask in that feeling.

I would feel playful and delighted and excited to be alive. I would feel excited to get out of bed in the morning. That’s what I want: to feel excited to get out of bed in the morning. What do you want?

Breathe in and open up to receiving what you want!
Breathe out and trust it’s on its way.

It’s on its way. Now get out of the way!

What you want is coming but you can’t keep thinking about, “I still want it but it’s not here! It’s not here.” Every time you think that it’s not here, you’re creating that. You’ve thought about what you want, now it’s time to let it go and trust that it’s coming. Trust that you’re the powerful creator. Trust in your power! Believe in yourself!

Breathing out I am god breathing out!

Use this mental code whenever you start to doubt that what you want is on its way.

Breathing in I am god breathing in!
Breathing out I am god breathing out!

Trust that what you have is what you need and that what you want is on its way. You are now free to enjoy your life. You are now free to just be who you are and do what you want. You don’t have to struggle or strive or try to achieve. Your work is to relax and enjoy your life the way it already is.

Breathe in and decide to enjoy your life the way it is today.
Breathe out and let go of your awareness of what you don’t have.

You are god in human form. What you want has no choice but to come to you. Only your thoughts can keep it away. So it’s time to step outside of your mind into the present moment where all of your power lies, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about, and just relax and let what you want come.

You can try a couple different mental codes to keep your mind and thoughts off of this world. You can try silent counting or

Or just go back to your breath:
