Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and bring your attention into this moment.
Breathe out and let go of your thoughts outside of the now.

Let your body relax. Let your mind relax.

Breathe in and smile because life is not serious!
Breathe out and relax.

Relax your shoulders. Relax your thoughts.

Breathe in and lighten up!
Breathe out and let go of your worries!

This life is not serious. All it takes to have a great day is intention.

Breathe in and remember the power of your intention.
Breathe out and feel your power coming back to you.

When you wake up in the morning, say to yourself, the first thought you have, “I intend to have a good day today!” That one thought is so powerful. You can use this power throughout the day starting now. It doesn’t have to be when you wake up.

Breathe in and intend!
Breathe out and believe in your intention!

Believe in your power! Manifesting can be so easy when we don’t have resistance. It’s so easy when we just have one thought about what we want and then let it go.Whatever you want for yourself today, start by intending it. I intend to be in a good mood today. I intend to relax my muscles today. I intend to smile more today! I intend to laugh today! I intend to feel good about myself today. And so it is!

Breathe in and remember you are the creator!
Breathe out and let go of your doubts!

Intend to see the results of your power today. I intend to see evidence of my magick! I intend to feel good about magick today. I intend to feel good about my power as the creator of my life experience.

Breathe in and think about what you want.
Breathe out and imagine what it would feel like to get what you want.

You’ve practiced the feeling, now just set that intention. I intend to make my best work today. That’s it and that’s all. You feel the feeling and then you see it. You decide what you want and then it’s yours.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!
