This life is just for fun.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

This is the best day of your life! Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. It’s time to step outside of your mind and allow well being to flow.

Breathe in and quiet your mind.
Breathe out and celebrate who you are and how far you’ve come!

You’re in the right place at the right time. It’s safe to let those worries go. You don’t have to worry about health or money or relationships or family or work ever again!

Everything is perfect and in its place. All outcomes in life are perfect.

Breathe in and lighten up!
Breathe out and celebrate this day!

Decide that you’re going to have the best day of your life, right now.

Breathe in and smile! This is the best day of your life!
Breathe out and let go of your worries!

What can you do to feel amazing right now? You can go back to your breath and you can step outside of those thoughts. You can just watch them float by instead of getting caught up in them. When you let your thoughts go, you return to your natural state of feeling good.

Breathe in and step outside of your mind.
Breathe out and let go!

Let go of thinking about those people outside of this moment, let go of thinking about your to do list. Let go of thinking about whatever threats to your safety you think there are. Let go of thinking about your health. Let go of thinking about what you’re going to do later.

Breathe in and put your attention in this moment!
Breathe out and wake up in the dream!

In this moment, you have your power. Your power is love. Yeah, love.

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I love myself!

Breathing in I love and accept you exactly the way you are.
Breathing out I love and accept you exactly the way you are.

Let go of those thoughts. Let go of those doubts and those criticisms.

Breathing in I love and accept you exactly the way you are.
Breathing out I love and accept you exactly the way you are.

When you love and accept yourself and others, exactly the way y’all are, a playfulness comes to you, a freedom comes to you. You remember your purpose: to enjoy!

When you’re loved and accepted exactly the way you are, you don’t need to struggle to change or to achieve, to produce. You can just relax and enjoy being. When you’re relaxed and enjoying being, that’s when inspiration comes to you.
