Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and return to your breath.
Breathe out and keep your focus on your breath.

You can always calm yourself down with your breath. You can come back to the present moment with your breath. You can remember the miracles that are right in front of you just by focusing on your breath.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Breathe in and smile because life isn’t serious!
Breathe out and let go of your worries and your doubts and your fears!

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. You were meant to be here right now.

Breathe in and step into this moment.
Breathe out and wake up in the dream.

Breathe in and smile because it attracts good things to you.
Breathe out and let go of your worries!

Let go of focusing on problems. Let go of all of those thoughts about every little thing that’s wrong in your life today. Today we’re going to focus on what’s right. What’s right here, right now.

Breathe in and bring your attention into this moment.
Breathe out and transcend your mind.

Go beyond your mind. There’s a whole world of infinite intelligence—a whole universe—beyond the realm of thought.

Breathe in and transcend thought.
Breathe out and let yourself evolve.

Let yourself return to the pulse of life, where the answers are. It’s all written in the breath. All the knowing you need to know is in your breath.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Let yourself relax today. Let yourself just exist in the present moment. Whenever you start to get tired or irritated or angry or sad, go back to your breath. Make a deliberate effort to take your attention off of your thoughts and place it onto your breath.
