Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and relax your body
Breathe out and relax your shoulders

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. It’s time to let go of those thoughts, those grievances, those annoyances. It’s time to step into the present moment, where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and face your grievances.
Breathe out and be here now.

In the moment, when something bothers you, you need to look at it and you need to remember that that is you. That is you you’re criticizing. That is you that you’re hating. That is you disgusting you.

Breathe in and remember we are all one.
Breathe out and decide to be kind for selfish reasons if none other.

When you see something another person does that you don’t like, when you send hate to that person, you’re sending it to yourself. When you’re disgusted by someone, you’re sending that to yourself. And you will reap those vibrations.

Breathe in and become aware.
Breathe out and feel your power coming back.

You don’t have to force yourself to like looking at the things you hate. But if you have no option of looking away, if it’s just in your reality and you can’t look away, it’s time to remember it’s a mirror.

Breathe in and face what it is you don’t like about yourself.
Breathe out and realize: what you hate about that person, you hate about yourself.

Breathe in and look in the mirror.
Breathe out and love yourself, even though you’re looking in that mirror you don’t want to see.

Even though there are things you don’t prefer, things you dislike, it’s possible to embrace and love it all.

Use this mental code as you look at something you can’t escape. Something that’s been bothering you for years.

You don’t have to necessarily get to the root of why it bothers you so much. You don’t have to pinpoint what exactly it is you do that’s the same exact thing you hate. But when you are repulsed, when you are disgusted, when you feel hate, you are looking at a part of yourself. If you can send that thing love, you will get the love. And above all, you won’t be so bothered by that thing you’re looking at.

You need complete presence to face the things you hate about yourself. You need complete presence to transmute this hatred into love.

Breathe in and step into this moment.
Breathe out and relax because everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about in this moment.

You don’t have to think about why you hate something. You don’t have to think about why it disgusts you. Just go back to,

And look with curiosity. Ask to see the situation with different eyes. Pray for different eyes. Pray to see with different eyes.

Just imagine your superpower growing. Imagine the power you will have when you can look at something that normally makes you feel bad, and instead feel love. Can you imagine going through life, every time you see something that used to make you feel hate now you feel love? How powerful, how miraculous it must be to feel love when you see something you love, and love when you see something you hate. Because you know it’s all you. You know it’s all one. You know it’s just a mirror.

Breathe in and love and accept your reality exactly the way it is.
Breathe out and know that’s the only way to change it.

If you want to change what you see, you must first make peace with what is. Fighting something makes it stronger. Resisting something makes it persist. You must love if you want it to change.

Breathing in I love and accept you exactly the way you are.
Breathing out I love and accept you exactly the way you are.

Love is your super power. Love will transmute this hate into love.s
