Where You Focus, Grows (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and slow down your thoughts.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream!
Breathe out and let go!

Let go of your worrying. Let go of your criticizing. Let go of your thoughts about things that don’t matter.

Breathe in and remember who you are.
Breathe out and place your attention where you want it.

You are the creator. Where you focus, grows. What you look at, expands. And if you’re putting your attention on what things wrong other people are doing, you’re going to get more wrong things to look at.

Breathe in and decide where you want to place your attention.
Breathe out and feel your power coming back.

What do you want more of in your life, that you already have? Put your focus there.

Breathe in and step into this moment.
Breathe out and relax.

In this moment, I can place my attention on my health, on the plants, on the rain, on the tidiness of my home, on loving myself. I have so many choices for where I can put my attention. But it’s so easy to get lost in thought thinking about what’s wrong.

So today,

Breathe in and focus your attention.
Breathe out and know that this is your power.

Your attention is your most valuable resource. Decide right now your top priority. What is the number one thing you have in life, that you want more of? For me, it’s love.

Breathe in and place your attention on love.
Breathe out and remember why we’re here.

We’re here to enjoy being alive and love is a part of that. Love is the root of that.

Breathe in and focus on love.
Breathe out and focus on loving yourself.

The more time you can spend with your attention on loving yourself, the more you will love your life. The more love will come back to you from other people and animals and plants.

Breathe in and say I love myself!
Breathe out and say I love myself!

Breathing in love myself!
Breathing out I love myself!

Remember, if that gets too loopy, if you start thinking about, “What does it mean to love myself? I don’t love myself!” then go back to, “(Your name), I love and accept you exactly the way you are.”

Ive been using this mental code for the past couple weeks and it feels like things are falling into place. I feel constantly comforted that I’m being loved and I don’t need to seek it from other people.

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I love myself!

Or,

Breathing in I love and accept you exactly the way you are.
Breathing out I love and accept you exactly the way you are.

But personally, as I go through my days I just think, “Jessica I love and accept you exactly the way you are. Jessica I love and accept you exactly the way you are.”

It really helps to do this when there’s a mess to clean up or I have work to do or something isn’t the way I want it to be. It helps remind me all outcomes in life are perfect. Everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathing out I love and accept you exactly the way you are.

The more you remember to think this, the more true it will be.
