You're Already Doing It (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and relax your body.
Breathe out and slow down.

This is the right place and the right time and you’re doing everything right. It’s time to relax and enter the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. Even if you’re broke, even if you’re sick, even if you’re addicted, even if you’re sad—no matter what you think you are, the present moment is still available for you to feel good right now!

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and let the flow through you!

Disregard all of those thoughts in your mind right now. Let them go!

Breathe in and step into this present moment!
Breathe out and let your thoughts go.

Only your thoughts make you feel bad. You can choose to end your suffering right now.

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts right now!
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious and there is a cure for feeling bad that doesn’t require you to change your habits. It doesn’t require you to change who you are. It doesn’t require you to make more money or lose weight. All it requires is you, right here right now. And you’re already here. You’re already doing it.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and relax.

You’re already doing it. You’re already waking up in the dream right here right now. You’re already free.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

The solution is right in front of you. Right here, right now.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and relax.

If only your thoughts make you feel bad, how do we step away from them? How do we get thoughts that feel good? We can just go back to our breath. The breath is always there to remind us to be present. The breath is always there to lead us back to the heaven that exists right in front of us.

You don’t have any problems when you’re not thinking. And when you’re not thinking about your problems, you open up space for them to resolve themselves. Just trust the magick of life. You didn’t use your control to grow the plants. You didn’t use your control to get where you are. You didn’t use your control to start life. There’s something so much bigger than you and you can trust it.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and smile because you can let go of control right now.

The more you let go, the more it flows.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and relax.

If you can place your full attention on your breath, you will transcend your thoughts, transcend your problems. And the things you want will work themselves out, but you won’t even care anymore because you’ll feel good. You’ll be returned to your natural state of feeling good. It’s natural to feel good. It is your default. All you have to do is step away from those thoughts that make you feel bad.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

And you can feel those thoughts creeping in: “Don’t I have to schedule that appointment? Isn’t there something wrong with my body? Don’t I need more money? Shouldn’t I feel bad right now?”
Make it your job today to strengthen your focus. Train your attention onto your breath.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

The stronger your focus can be on your breath, the better you’ll feel and the less problems you’ll have.

Sometimes it helps you focus, to feel your breath on one point where it’s going in and out of your nose. Focus on it right there, that point of your nose where you can feel your breath.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Keep your mind and your thoughts off of this world and you’ll start feeling so good you’ll wonder why you ever doubted yourself. You’ll wonder why you ever felt sad. It’s your choice. It’s up to you. You can stand up to your thoughts right now; become your reason for feeling good. Return to your breath. It’s all written in the breath.

Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.
