Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious!

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. Keep letting the flow guide you. It led you here!

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and let go of your worries.

The less you think about what you’re worried about, the better the outcome will be.

Breathe in and take control of your attention.
Breathe out and wake up in the dream.

Where is your attention right now?

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and relax your body.

It’s all working out for you. It’s ok to calm down, to let go of your fears. It’s all working out. Everything is perfect and in its place. It’s time to wake up in the dream, be nice to yourself and just enjoy where you are, what you’re doing, right here, right now.

Breathe in and celebrate how far you’ve come!
Breathe out and be kind to yourself!

Breathing in I love myself.
Breathing out I am so proud of myself!

“I am so proud of myself!” Allow yourself to think these words and notice in what ways they’re true. There are things you love about yourself. There are things you’re proud that you did today. Today you are proud of yourself. You do love yourself. You’re remembering you already do!

Breathe in and be kind to yourself.
Breathe out and know, when you’re kind to yourself, life is kind to you.

Life is just a reflection of you. You are the creator. You are the source of the wave. Your experience is the wave. So if you want to change your experience, change the source.

Breathe in and connect to source.
Breathe out and think about what you want.

I want to make my best work. I want to feel inspired And I want to make something really cool and creative and innovative and leading edge and I want to be so excited to create. I want the bliss and thrill of creating good art. What do you want?

Breathe in and think about how you would feel if you got what you wanted.
Breathe out and focus on that feeling.

I would feel excited to be alive. Excited to be in my body. Excited that I get to be the one to do this, to bring this information to life. How would you feel if you got what you wanted?

Breathe in and pulse that feeling.
Breathe out and now let go of that desire.

It’s on its way. You can let go. Never think about it again. It’s coming, just let go. You can trust it. The more you let go, the more it flows.

Breathe in and say I love myself.
Breathe out and say I don’t give a fuck if I ever get that thing I want!

What if I never create good art ever again? I don’t give a fuck!

When I say, “I don’t give a fuck,” I let go of needing it to happen. I open up the realm of possibilities for the flow to bring what I want to me, without me getting involved or having to control.

Breathe in and celebrate! You don’t have to control anymore.
Breathe out and let go of control.

When it’s time, it’s time.

Everything is perfect and in its place. You are now free to enjoy your life exactly the way it is.
