Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe out and say thank you!

What if this was the last time you did this? What if this was the last time you watched a Youtube video? What if this was the last time you meditated? You can apply this mantra to anything throughout your day.

Breathe in and consider, “What if this was the last time I did this?”
Breathe out and appreciate where you are.

What if this was the last time you peed? What if this was the last time you did the dishes? (That one would be ok.) But generally, if you remind yourself, “What if this was the last time I ever did this?” you’ll enjoy what you’re doing a lot more.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Allow yourself to relax and enjoy your life the way it is. You don’t have to improve anything, you don’t have to change anything. You don’t have to constantly DO. You can just relax. Just enjoy being.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and enjoy being.

What if this was the last time? You’d want to memorize it. You’d want to enjoy every millisecond. Let this be your mantra today. As you go about your day just remind yourself, “What if this was the last time?” What if this was the last time my cat sat on my lap? What if this was the last time I got to laugh with my wife? What if this was the last time I ever ate a Triscuit? If it was the last time, you might look at it differently.

Breathe in and enjoy your life the way it is.
Breathe out and decide to feel good regardless of your circumstances.

The solutions will come to you when you feel good. Your priority today is feeling good.

Breathe in and decide to feel good today!
Breathe out and make feeling good your priority and do whatever it takes to feel good today! You can exercise, have sex, meditate, write, play, cook, eat, sleep—whatever it is that you know makes you feel good (without a comedown later).

Breathe in and decide to feel good today.
Breathe out and get ready for those solutions. The manifestations. The answers you want. The solutions you’ve been looking for. They all come when you feel good.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

If you can’t figure out how to feel good, just count to 10,0000 and I promise you’ll feel good after that.
