Feel Better Right Now, Without Getting the Thing (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and relax your body.
Breathe out and relax your mind.

It’s the right place and the right time and you’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and lift yourself up!
Breathe out and feel power coming back to you!

Your power is coming back to you because you decided it’s coming back to you!

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and let all of your thoughts go.

You don’t have to care about what other people are doing. You don’t have to care about what other people are thinking. All that matters is this moment and how you feel right now.

Breathe in and think about what you want.
Breathe out and think about what you want.

Breathe in and think about how it would feel to get what you want.
Breathe out and imagine the feeling of how you’ll feel when you get what you want.

Everything we want, we want because we think we’ll be happy when we get it. But what we really want is just to feel good. Everything we want, we think we’ll feel better when we get it. We can choose to feel better right now, without getting the thing.

Breathe in and decide to feel better now.
Breathe out and feel powerful because you have the power to choose how you feel right now!

Breathe in and think about how you want to feel.
Breathe out and feel that feeling right now.

There. You’ve pulsed the feeling. That’s all you need to do to manifest. Your job now is to stay feeling as good as you feel when you think about this feeling. Often we can feel as good as we would feel if we got what we wanted, just by stepping away from our thoughts, because our natural state is feeling good. And it’s only our thoughts that make us feel bad.

So now that you know what you want, you know how you feel when you get what you want, you’ve practiced the feeling—it’s time to let your thoughts about that thing go, and just go back to a mantra to take your focus away from your lack mindset and placed on the source within.

Breathe in and turn your attention inward.
Breathe out and choose your mantra.

This mantra is what you will think instead of spiraling into negativity. It will help you return to your natural state of feeing good and make you a magnet for what you want.

Breathe in and say I
Breathe out and say AM

Just focus on that all day,

Breathing in and saying “I”
Breathing out and saying “Am”

Do this instead of thinking about that thing you don’t have. Or about the people wronging you. Or about what you have to get done.

Breathe in and say I
Breathe out and say am.

Allow this to sharpen your focus. Allow this to return you to your natural state of feeling good. And ultimately, to help you step into the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.
