Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious.
Breathe out and let go of your worries. Let go of thinking about what other people are doing.

Breathe in and pull your attention into this moment.
Breathe out and let go of those thoughts.

You don’t have to keep thinking about that thing that’s bothering you. You don’t have to keep thinking about the bad news. What if the bad news was actually good news? What if the bad news was the best thing that ever happened?

Breathe in and step into this moment.
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

You do not need to get involved. The best thing you can do to help other people, is feel good yourself. Put your oxygen mask on yourself first, before trying to put it on someone else.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and open up to new ideas.

Decide to be the change you want to see. Whatever you wish you could do for other people, start doing it for yourself.

Breathe in and decide to love yourself today.
Breathe out and decide to love yourself unconditionally today.

So you want to help people, but then you realize you have to help yourself fits. But what if you don’t want help right now? What if you don’t want to change right now? You have to just accept that the world’s going to keep reflecting your fucked up thing you won’t change, yes. But you can unconditionally love that thing. You can just decide to love life the way it is, without thinking it needs to change.

Breathe in and embrace life the way it is.
Breathe out and let yourself feel playful.

It’s not serious! However it is, is how it is supposed to be.

Breathe in and make peace with what is.
Breathe out and relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Whatever’s happening is a solution. Whatever’s happening is how it’s meant to be. Even the bad things, down the road—we’ll come to know them as good things.

Breathe in and step away from all the good and bad.
Breathe out and just let life be!

Let life be what is is! It is what it is! Until we label it and judge it and think about it.

Breathe in and relax
Breathe out and relax.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you.

The sooner you switch your perspective to “Yes,” and “Thank you,” the sooner you’ll see the miracle that the bad news is.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

You can unconditionally love. You can do it with “Yes,” and “Thank you.”

Yes!
Thank you!

You can have that attitude when you get bad news, or when your family member saddens you.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

If you can get into that mindset, you will see much sooner than later how the universe is conspiring in your favor and this is a good thing. You are in the right place at the right time. You are doing everything right. You don’t have to change a thing and neither does anyone else! All that needs to change is our perspective.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Everything is perfect and in its place.

Make peace with what is right now. You are the world. You are all the people doing bad things. You are all the people doing good things.

Breathe out and say AM

You are large enough to hold it all. You are love and love can embrace it all.

Breathe in and say yes.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Breathe in and say, “I love and accept myself exactly the way I am!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”
