So happy and grateful to be awake and alive! So happy and grateful to be doing the spiritual work! So happy and grateful to have music to listen to! So happy and grateful the prosperity plan is working! So happy and grateful to relax into the now. SO happy and grateful I can focus one point and breathe. I can count. I can breathe. I can count. I tell myself that my consciousness of my god self the christ within is counting. I mean it can be breath too. I just read in It's Here Now (Are You?) that god is the breath. So if my breath is god, then keeping my attention on my breath is keeping my consciousness on the god self, the christ within. When I breathe in, it's the very substance of spirit. The breath is my supply... i've made a video about that before. Your abundance is your breath

Counting is also the god self... it's distance from thoughts so I can return to my natural state of feeling good.. It's distance from thoughts so I can feel the flow. Hear it. See it. Silence in the mind.

The counting also helps hone the focus so I have some stamina to follow my breath for more than a few moments before getting distracted by a thought.

So grateful for my health and for this time and for pearl jam.

So today what am I going to do?

I feel like counting helps me feel the best. Breath mantra really helps with presence but I always forget to do it.

I know I have to commit. Commit to counting!
