Let Go of Those Thoughts Hurting You (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and relax your body!
Breathe out and let those thoughts go.

Those thoughts about the past—let them go. If you are annoyed or irritated, remember: your attention to that thing is what creates more of it.

Breathe in and notice where your attention is.
Breathe out and ask yourself: where do I want to put my attention?

Breathe in and think about what you want.
Breathe out and know that it’s already yours.

You only have to step away from those thoughts that are driving you mad.

Breathing in I love myself.
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

Use this mantra to get some distance from your thoughts, to be kind to yourself and to let go of each painful thought as it comes.

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

Every time that thing that bothers you comes back into your awareness, use it as a pivot, an opportunity to practice your mantra.

Feel your body relax. There are two parts of self love. Part of it is giving yourself love, and the other half is letting go of those thoughts that hurt you. When you feel bad, it’s an indicator that you are thinking thoughts that hurt.

Take a breath right now and decide to let go of those things hurting you.

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

Feel your playfulness returning. Feel your vibration rising! It’s all working out for you! You are the only thing in the way! Your thoughts are what’s in the way. You can transcend those thoughts, you can get some distance, you can start letting the flow through you by letting go of those thoughts and going back to the mantra:

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!
