The Essence Is at Ease (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and relax into the moment.
Breathe out and pay attention to your breath.

It’s all written in the breath. You can use your breath like an energy wave that invigorates you, energizes you, and helps you remember how deep life is and how fun life can be.

Breathe in and focus on your breath.
Breathe out and focus on your breath.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Let yourself relax. Let yourself feel at ease. Today, make it your goal for your essence—that which makes you who you are, your inner self, your soul, your higher self—make it so that your essence is at ease. This is a concept from the Osho Tarot deck which I highly recommend. But you can use the mantra, “The essence is at ease,” or, “My essence is at ease.” No matter what you go through in life, if you can make it a point to be at ease in your core, you will always be free.

Breathe in and put your essence at ease.
Breathe out and just decide that’s how it is: My essence is at ease.

No matter what happens on the surface of my life, no matter what waves come by, my essence is at ease. My core is unshakable love. My essence is at ease.

Breathe in and focus on your breath.
Breathe out and focus on your breath.

The essence is at ease.

Breathing in the essence is at ease.
Breathing out my essence is at ease.

Breathing in my essence is at ease.
Breathing out my essence is at ease.

Feel how relaxed you become when you decide, when you intend to put your essence at ease. And it’s less of a decision or intention and it’s more of a remembering and a knowing. No matter what your mind may say, your essence truly always is at ease.

In any moment, like the power goes out, or you get bad news, or you don’t feel well, just remember:

Breathing in my essence is at ease.
Breathing out the essence is at ease.

Breathing in my essence is at ease.
Breathing out the essence is at ease.

You know in your core that truly all is well. Truly everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathing in my essence is at ease.
Breathing out the essence is at ease.

Deep within, in your core, you know your essence is at ease. And when you remember that, it helps you make peace with what is. Because in the shallow waters, on the surface, in the superficial illusion of the world, things can look wild and messed up. But when you notice that, go back to your core.
