Breathe out and release your resistance!

Congratulations! You made the choice to meditate! From here on out your life is going to get easier.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

You’ve already made the choice to feel better by sitting down to meditate. This one decision is going to influence every other decision for the rest of your life.

Breathe in and be proud of yourself!
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come!

You’re in the right place, at the right time. You’re doing everything right. Even if you’ve been beating yourself up for all of your mistakes up until this moment, it’s ok because that contrast is creating your new life.

Breathe in and get ready for your new life!
Breathe out and celebrate all the things that that contrast made you ask for.

Whatever your problems have been, whether it’s about your body or money or relationships or health or work or school, whatever it is, those problems—the contrast—they have now created the solutions that you get to live! It’s your time to live the solutions.

Breathe in and think about your problems.
Breathe out and ask yourself, “What solution did this problem make me ask for?”

I’ve been going through some serious, annoying body image/eating disorder resurgence in my life. I thought I let all of that go ten years ago! But this annoying thought pattern of being critical of my body and restricting and being mean to myself—this problem that I thought I’d gotten rid of, came back and now I’m here to live the solution. The problem was that I felt bad about myself. And what did it make me ask for? To feel good about myself. And that is the new life I am stepping into today. It’s a new astrological season. A new astrological year. Spring is about to spring! Whatever your problem has been in the last month or so, get ready to live the solution, starting right now. You’ve already taken the first step. It’s time to embrace your new life. It’s time to thank the problem that made the solution you get to live now.

Breathe in and say thank you to your problems!
Breathe out and feel so excited because you get to live the solution now!

I finally get to live a life where I feel good about myself. And I could never live that life and appreciate it and enjoy it if I hadn’t first really felt bad about myself.

Breathe in and decide you’re going to feel good about yourself today.
Breathe out and let all of that feeling bad about yourself go.

It’s been so hard to be mucking about in the problem. Making it bigger. Focusing on it. Making it worse. Not knowing what to do. But now you’re free. Now your contrast created your solution and you get to live the solution. So whatever your problem has been up until this moment, get ready to live the opposite.

Breathe in and feel confident.
Breathe out and know it’s a mindset.

Whatever you want, decide to make it your mindset. You just have to decide what is most important to you. What is the life you want to live? Make that your mindset.

Breathe in and choose your mindset.
Breathe out and feel for it.

What is the mindset you want to live this coming astrological year? My mindset is confidence. I am choosing confidence. And before I make every decision, I am choosing to ask myself, “Is it worth it? Does it contribute to a confident mindset?” Now tell yourself what your new mindset is.

Breathe in and step into your new mindset.
Breathe out and feel invigorated.

Your problem created your solution and now your new mindset will allow you to see the solution was right in front of you. You’re already living it. You’re already doing it. The contrast is over. It’s in the past. Your problem is now a solution. Welcome to your new life.

Breathe out and say thank you!
