Welcome back to the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and lighten up!
Breathe out and relax because today is the best day of your whole entire life. It begins right now in this moment. You are free to enjoy your day.

Breathe in and let the past go!
Breathe out and let the future go!

This moment is the main event. Right here is where you get to play with life. Right here is where you get to have fun and feel carefree.

Breathe in and let go of those thoughts.
Breathe out and smile because life is just for fun! Even the sickness and death, that’s for fun too!

Breathe in and let life be fun today!
Breathe out and let go of your second-guessing. Let go of your doubting. Decide to have 100% confidence in feeling playful today. You know feeling playful brings solutions. It’s because you’re in the present moment, where life is taking care of you. Where everything is working out, if you can just step away from your thoughts.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Yes!
Thank you!

That mantra is one of the best ways to stay present and if you’re having a hard time getting into that positive “Yes thank you” energy, go back to

When you are resisting where you are, start saying “I AM” and you will start looking at the moment with curiosity because when you’re looking at something and saying

You realize you ARE that thing you’re looking at. And then it stops annoying you and just becomes interesting. Intriguing even!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

You are in control of your attention now! You are looking forward to feeling playful today! But you don’t even have to think about the future when you’ll be playful because you are starting to feel playful right here, right now, where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and play with this moment here.
Breathe out and let yourself feel confident in what you’re doing and who you are!

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

You can circulate these mantras to keep yourself present. Or you can choose just one. But they don’t necessarily work forever. When a mantra starts losing its favor just ask yourself, “How do I want to feel?”
