Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and step into your power.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

If you don’t care about getting it, it’s a lot easier for it to come.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and let go.

Let go of those thoughts. Let go of those worries. Let yourself smile! No matter how angry or sad you get, just keep letting go. Keep letting go. Keep letting go. And you’ll see the reason why those emotions had to pass through you. It all makes sense in the end. It all makes sense looking back. Just assume it all makes sense before it does.

Breathe in and let life live you today!
Breathe out and step into the flow!

Allow yourself to listen to your intuition. To really listen to what you want right now. What do you want right now? I just want to laugh and feel good and have fun. What do you want?

Breathe in and imagine what it would feel like to get what you want.
Breathe out and know it’s on the way now.

You can surrender that preference. Even if I don’t get to laugh and have fun, I can let go and trust that I will laugh and have fun one day. I know it’s coming. I don’t have to hold onto the desire and constantly think about it. “When am I going to laugh and have fun?!” If I can just let it go and find a different way to feel good, what I want will come.

Breathe in and decide to find a different way to feel good.
Breathe out and be your reason for feeling good.

A different way to feel good is so simple. You can either meditate—it works every time—or you can count silently in your head—also works every time, if you can stay focused on it. Or you can exercise or play or go to the movies, go for a walk. All of these things will help you feel good and forget about that thing you really want so you can make space for it to come.

Breathe in and fill yourself up!
Breathe out and say, “I love myself!”

All those things you want, come when you are full, when you are in love with yourself, when you are feeling good and having fun and just happy to be where you are. When you’re happy to be where you are, that’s when the things you want come. You don’t even care about them anymore because you already feel good. You don’t need them anymore. Thats what makes you a match!

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I am so happy to be where I am!”

I am so happy to be where I am! I am so happy to be where I am! Remember wanting what you currently have? We used to pray for times like this! I used to want to be where I am so bad. I wanted it so bad. And now I’m here, and of course I take it for granted, and I want more and more and more! But if we can just slow down and remember to be happy where we are, all the other things will fall into place.

Breathe in and feel your vibration rising!
Breathe out and let go of your resistance and your second guessing.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and feel empowered!

Feel energized! The formula is simple: to get what you want, be happy with what you have. That’s why gratitude is so powerful.

Breathe in and be happy with what you have.
Breathe out and appreciate where you are right now.

I live in the city I chose. I live with the partner I chose. The pets I chose. Doing the work that I chose. My rent is paid, my bills are paid, I have a stocked fridge. I have new clothes! I used to pray to have new clothes! I used to pray just to be able to pay the rent. And now I’m here. I’m so happy to be where I am!

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and be your reason for feeling good.

Remember that just loving yourself will help you appreciate where you are. Loving yourself can solve all your problems. Loving yourself means you’re happy to be who you are, where you are. And if you can practice loving yourself today you can just know and trust that the things you want are on the way.

Breathing out I am exactly where I want to be!
