Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

This is the best day of your life! This is your time! You’re doing everything right! It’s all working out for you now!

Breathe in and celebrate how far you’ve come!
Breathe out and smile because your life is really working out for you now!

Let go of your worries. Let go of your doubts. You get to decide what’s true. Remember the power of your words. What do you want to be true?

Breathe out and think about what you want.

I want to have the most magickal exciting fun blissful birthday of my life! What do you want?

Breathe in and imagine what it would feel like to have what you want.
Breathe out and feel that feeling.

If I were to have the best birthday of my life, it would feel like, “I love myself. I love my life. I love my wife. I love what I’m doing. I love where I’m at right now. I love this. I love this. I love this!”

How would you feel if you got what you wanted? What would you say?

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s all coming your way!
Breathe out and decide to be your reason for feeling good.

Decide that you will give yourself love. Decide you will go within. Connect to source. If you want the answer to solve your problems, it’s just meditation. If you have a big problem, go meditate about it. Just sit still for 5 minutes or 10 minutes or 15 minutes and ask a question when you begin.

Breathe in and remember you hold the answers!
Breathe out and feel empowered! You hold the answers!

Anything you want to know—any answer, any solution you want to find—it’s inside of you. You only have to be still and know.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and feel yourself living that best life!

You love yourself now. You know you’re in the right place at the right time. You can choose to see synchronicities right now.

Breathe out and feel the goosebumps that come with synchronicities!

Life is conspiring in you favor. Life is on your side. Life is magickal. It’s a miracle! If we can step outside of our minds, into the present moment, we can see everything is exactly as it’s meant to be.

If you start resisting life, try the mantra, “I AM.” It will help you remember there’s no separation between you and other people, or you and the world. You are everything that you observe.

You are what you focus upon. Focus on what you want and you will be that thing, and then you won’t need it because you’ll already feel the way you wanted to feel.

Have patience when you’re doing this breath work mantra meditation.

It’ll take a few breaths for you to slow down enough, to get enough space from your thoughts, to notice the magick right in front of your face.

It’s all written in the breath.

Being on top of the world, being in the valley, being wherever you want to be is simpler than anyone or any brain might have you think. Just go back to your breath, a simple on and off, and it all will be revealed to you.
