Your Mom Loves You (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and let go of your worries.

Remember that only your thoughts can make you feel bad.

Sometimes it feels good to feel bad. So we run over those thoughts that make us cry. But it’s good to experience the feelings and then let them go.

Breathe in and notice what you’re feeling.
Breathe out and notice what you’re feeling.

I am feeling so sad. Because I miss my mom. What are you feeling?

Breathe in and make peace with what is.
Breathe out and just be here now.

If life seems too hard today, you can go within. My mom is just a representation of connection and love and I can get that inside.

Breathe in and let yourself feel what you feel.
Breathe out and just feel what you feel.

I feel lonely. And like I’m not doing a good job. And I feel like I just want someone to help. I just want to feel better!

Breathe in and know it’s your choice to feel better.
Breathe out and let go of whatever it is you’re thinking and feeling.

You are in the right place at the right time. You are doing everything right. It’s ok to feel sad and miss your mom. What I really miss is my connection to self, to god, to source. What I really miss is love. And I can give that to myself.

Breathe in and identify what it is that’s missing.
Breathe out and know it’s already inside of you.

The whole world is an out picturing of your inner self. It’s just an illusion, even your mom. We can go within and feel better. We can go within and find the love that we desperately need from other people.

Breathe in and feel a glimmer of hope!
Breathe out and let go of those thoughts.

You can keep thinking about the sad thoughts if you want, for as long as you want. You’ve got to feel them to let them go.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and smile.

Life loves you. Your mom loves you.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

My preference is I would like my mom to call me and I don’t want to call her because I don’t want to just cry and make her worry and I’m just sad. It’s no big deal. It’s my life story. I don’t want her to worry. So now I worry about her.

Breathe in and remember it’s a choice to worry!
Breathe out and acknowledge your choice in this moment. I have a choice to feel better. I have a choice to celebrate because my birthday is on March 12th and I want presents and I want love. Please donate. It’s my birthday. Let’s celebrate! And I really want my mom to call me this year.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself.”
Breathe out and say, “I love myself.”

I don’t give a fuck if my mom calls me this year! She has her own problems, her own shit to deal with. She doesn’t need mine on top of it!

Breathe in and start celebrating! My birthday month starts on Friday and we’re all going to celebrate all month. At least until the 12th!

Breathe in and lighten up! You feel better already!
Breathe out ….

Life loves you so much. Your mom loves you so much. I love you so much. I love myself so much. And when you have the sad feeling just feel them. Don’t push them away. And then let them the fuck go!

It’s all within. Just be still and know.
