Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. This is today’s mantra. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

When you practice gratitude, you become a match to the frequency of receiving. All of those things you want are on the frequency of receiving. Which is why when you’re in a good mood, you’re in a place of receiving. When you’re in a good mood, you’re broadcasting the feeling of having what you want. Because ultimately, everything we want is just because we think it will feel good. So a good mood means that you’re receiving. You’re open. You’re saying yes. Thank you!

Breathe out and say thank you!

Use “thank you” as a method to become present throughout the day. If you challenge yourself to use “thank you” as a mantra, you’ll notice it when you’re doing mundane things like drinking a glass of water or brushing your teeth or doing the dishes. Thank you. Thank you. Then you start to appreciate all the little things you touch throughout the day that you would be very unhappy without, like water, like a toilet, like soap. To all of these things, thank you! Thank you. And don’t be surprised if you start getting choked up because you start to see how much you really have to be grateful for! We’re alive! We’re here! We’re doing it! We’re being supported and loved! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Working Internet? Thank you! No one wants to be without Internet. Well I take that back, but Internet is something that’s really important that we’re constantly using. If you can just remind yourself to say “thank you” as you scroll, maybe you’ll reap some rewards on that social media.

Thank you! Thank you! Like when it rains but you wanted to walk somewhere. Just say thank you. Thank you to the big picture of rain! That feeds everything! That nourishes all of the plants. That makes the whole ecosystem possible! Thank you to the rain. Thank you to the lights. Thank you to youtube. Thank you to each breath. “Thank you” lets you slow down and see that in every moment, there is a reason to be grateful. In every moment that you can keep your attention on gratitude, you will find yourself loving life more and more.
