Relax your body. Open up to receiving.

As you go about your day, whenever your mood starts to dip or you start worrying or feeling depressed, try saying,

YES!
THANK YOU!

So much of our feeling bad comes from resisting. But when we welcome what’s happening, we loosen up. We allow. We allow the flow of well being to come through us.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Yes!
Thank you!

When you say yes and thank you, you get in that feeling place of getting what you wanted. Major manifestations, winning, feeling good, having fun, feeling attractive, feeling turned on, feeling excited about who you are and what you’re doing.

Yes!
Thank you!

All you have to do is feel the feeling first, and the circumstances and manifestations will come. You gotta be it to see it.

Can you feel yourself getting in a better mood already? Can you feel your power coming back into you?

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

You can align right now. You don’t have to think about all those things. You can chose to feel good first and then go think about those things.

Only your thoughts make you feel bad. Only your thoughts trip you up and make you question yourself, doubt yourself, hate yourself. It’s your thoughts! And you have the power to choose your next thought!

Let yes and thank you bring you into the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. This applies to everybody. In the present moment, it’s neutral. There’s no good or bad, there’s just experience. Without thoughts you feel good. Without thoughts you return to your natural state of well being. You were born to feel good. You were born to have fun!
