All of these major manifestations are coming to you right now. Let yourself relax and enjoy all the abundance coming to you. All the major manifestations that you used to pray for. They’re here now!

Breathe in and feel your power growing stronger!
Breathe out and remember the power of loving yourself exactly the way you are.

It’s so much easier to be in a good mood when you love yourself despite your shortcomings. And when you’re in a good mood, that attracts your circumstances, which create your manifestations. When you feel good you enjoy life. When you feel good the big solutions you’ve been wanting come to you. Sometimes it can be hard to feel good if there’s this one thing about ourselves we wish we would change, and we can’t even move on with life until we change it. Maybe like weight loss or quitting a certain thing, or starting a new habit. But I’m here to tell you, life can still be good even if you still do that one thing you don’t like.

Breathe in and love and accept yourself exactly the way you are.
Breathe out and say it: “I love and accept myself exactly the way I am.”

Even though I cling and I’m attached and I get addicted, I still totally and completely love and accept myself exactly the way I am.

Breathe in and love and accept yourself exactly the way you are.
Breathe out and feel loved and accepted.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and feel light!

This life is just for fun. We’re here to enjoy it. It’s so much easier to enjoy when we love and accept ourselves exactly the way we are. Can you image how much easier life is going to be, now that you like yourself the way you are and don’t have to change? You don’t have to change your habits. You don’t have to lose 10 or 20 or 30 pounds. You don’t have to quit that one drug. You don’t have to quit smoking cigarettes. You don’t have to start working out. You don’t have to change your diet. You don’t have to finish that project. You don’t have to make up with your brother. In this moment, you are perfect as you are. In this moment, you can feel good no matter what your circumstances are.

Breathe in and love and accept yourself exactly the way you are.
Breathe out and say it: “I love and accept myself exactly the way I am.”

Even though I get so anxious and I feel like I’m not doing enough, I’m not being enough, I’m DEFINITELY not doing enough, I still totally and completely love and accept myself exactly the way I am.

The more you say this to yourself, the more you pinpoint what it is you don’t like about yourself, and decide to love yourself anyway, the easier it will be for those habits to slip away. For the new patterns to emerge. When you love and accept, you create space, you allow movement and flow. When you reject and deny, you’re tight and closed off and you can’t allow what you want.

When you love and accept even the things you don’t like, you feel good and then change is possible. Manifestation is possible. It’s all possible when you feel good.

Breathe in and decide to feel good regardless of your circumstances.
Breathe out and feel so much better already.

Even though I lose my train of thought and even though I get distracted, and even though I worry constantly, and I can never mind my own business, I still totally and completely love and accept and forgive myself exactly the way I am.

And if you can feel the feeling of liking that thing you doing like about yourself—of appreciating that aspect of your character in the story of your life—if you can get to the point of where you’re like, “Hmm, that is an interesting plot point, that is an interesting character flaw. It does make the story richer.” If you can get to that feeling, the unconditional love and acceptance will be so much more powerful.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I love myself!”

Even though I worry I don’t always make sense and I don’t always connect all the threads and I stumble over my words, I still totally and completely love and accept and forgive myself exactly the way I am.

Even though I worry and I get anxious and stressed and I’m always waiting for that other shoe to drop, I still totally and completely love and accept and forgive myself exactly the way I am. I’ve let that shit go!

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and live the magick life!
