Your Mom Loves You (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and let go of your worries.

Remember that only your thoughts can make you feel bad.

Sometimes it feels good to feel bad. So we run over those thoughts that make us cry. But it’s good to experience the feelings and then let them go.

Breathe in and notice what you’re feeling.
Breathe out and notice what you’re feeling.

I am feeling so sad. Because I miss my mom. What are you feeling?

Breathe in and make peace with what is.
Breathe out and just be here now.

If life seems too hard today, you can go within. My mom is just a representation of connection and love and I can get that inside.

Breathe in and let yourself feel what you feel.
Breathe out and just feel what you feel.

I feel lonely. And like I’m not doing a good job. And I feel like I just want someone to help. I just want to feel better!

Breathe in and know it’s your choice to feel better.
Breathe out and let go of whatever it is you’re thinking and feeling.

You are in the right place at the right time. You are doing everything right. It’s ok to feel sad and miss your mom. What I really miss is my connection to self, to god, to source. What I really miss is love. And I can give that to myself.

Breathe in and identify what it is that’s missing.
Breathe out and know it’s already inside of you.

The whole world is an out picturing of your inner self. It’s just an illusion, even your mom. We can go within and feel better. We can go within and find the love that we desperately need from other people.

Breathe in and feel a glimmer of hope!
Breathe out and let go of those thoughts.

You can keep thinking about the sad thoughts if you want, for as long as you want. You’ve got to feel them to let them go.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and smile.

Life loves you. Your mom loves you.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

My preference is I would like my mom to call me and I don’t want to call her because I don’t want to just cry and make her worry and I’m just sad. It’s no big deal. It’s my life story. I don’t want her to worry. So now I worry about her.

Breathe in and remember it’s a choice to worry!
Breathe out and acknowledge your choice in this moment. I have a choice to feel better. I have a choice to celebrate because my birthday is on March 12th and I want presents and I want love. Please donate. It’s my birthday. Let’s celebrate! And I really want my mom to call me this year.

I don’t give a fuck if my mom calls me this year! She has her own problems, her own shit to deal with. She doesn’t need mine on top of it!

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. This is today’s mantra. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

When you practice gratitude, you become a match to the frequency of receiving. All of those things you want are on the frequency of receiving. Which is why when you’re in a good mood, you’re in a place of receiving. When you’re in a good mood, you’re broadcasting the feeling of having what you want. Because ultimately, everything we want is just because we think it will feel good. So a good mood means that you’re receiving. You’re open. You’re saying yes. Thank you!

Breathe out and say thank you!

Use “thank you” as a method to become present throughout the day. If you challenge yourself to use “thank you” as a mantra, you’ll notice it when you’re doing mundane things like drinking a glass of water or brushing your teeth or doing the dishes. Thank you. Thank you. Then you start to appreciate all the little things you touch throughout the day that you would be very unhappy without, like water, like a toilet, like soap. To all of these things, thank you! Thank you. And don’t be surprised if you start getting choked up because you start to see how much you really have to be grateful for! We’re alive! We’re here! We’re doing it! We’re being supported and loved! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Working Internet? Thank you! No one wants to be without Internet. Well I take that back, but Internet is something that’s really important that we’re constantly using. If you can just remind yourself to say “thank you” as you scroll, maybe you’ll reap some rewards on that social media.

Thank you! Thank you! Like when it rains but you wanted to walk somewhere. Just say thank you. Thank you to the big picture of rain! That feeds everything! That nourishes all of the plants. Thank you to each breath. “Thank you” lets you slow down and see that in every moment, there is a reason to be grateful. In every moment that you can keep your attention on gratitude, you will find yourself loving life more and more.

Breathe out and let yourself be light.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. Allow yourself to open up to receiving, to lighten up, and to enjoy this moment right here, right now.

Breathe in and step into the present moment!
Breathe out and remember: everything you want to know is accessible in the present moment.

All you gotta do is connect to yourself.

Breathe in and connect to yourself.
Breathe out and feel so relieved.

To connect to yourself, you just do it. You just imagine it. You just let it happen. You just decide that you’re connected to yourself, and then you are.

Breathe in and feel connected!
Breathe out and feel relieved.

When you’re connected to yourself, you have access to wisdom and love and knowledge and joy.

Breathe in and feel connected.
Breathe out and don’t second guess yourself.

Your mind will immediately resist the concept of being connected to yourself. “What does that even mean? Who is self? -I- am my self.” But you don’t have to go down that rabbit hole of doubt.

Breathe in and feel confident!
Breathe out and know that what you need is right in front of you in this present moment!

You just gotta listen and receive and be open! Just say yes. If you need a shortcut to receiving, to getting what you need—just say yes! To invitations, to new ideas, to tasks and chores. And no I don’t mean say yes to things that hurt or are uncomfortable (or you know, consent issues). I just mean, SAY YES! To the opportunities that life gives you.

Breathe in and say yes to an opportunity!
Breathe out and let this be the opportunity you need!

Right now, we are going to say yes to the opportunity to love ourselves, to feel connected, to feel confident, to feel excited to be alive. Right now, here is the opportunity. All you gotta do is say yes!

Breathe out and say thank you!

Life is constantly giving you what you need in every moment, just like it gives the plants water and sun and air. You are being given the air, and the water, and the fertilizer that you need in this moment right here, right now. All you have to do is say yes!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Decide right now you’re going to say yes and stop resisting everything! When your partner asks you if you want to do something, say yes. When a new opportunity comes in your inbox, say yes. Say yes to where you are. Say yes to yourself. Say yes to who you are and what you’re doing. This is the right time and this is the right place. Just say yes!

When you notice yourself resisting, say yes. And when you notice yourself criticizing everything in front of you, go back to, “I love myself.” Remember that what you are looking at is yourself, so when you say, “I love myself,” you’re giving love to that thing you’re resisting as well. And when you give love to that thing, it’s going to transform before your eyes into something you love!

Even though my doubtful mind still interrupts, I still totally and completely love and accept myself exactly the way I am.

Every time today that you start resisting something, say “Yes” or say “I love myself.” Especially in conversations where you’re like “Ugh, I can’t stand listening to this person talk right now!” Or if you’re listening to something you can’t get away from easily, just say, “I love myself.” Feel the relief it produces. Feel your headache going away. Feel relief wash over you. You become open, your heart opens up and you lighten up! When you lighten up, you have fun, and that’s the whole point to this whole life thing!

It’s not serious! This life is just for fun! And even if there are things you don’t like about yourself, you can still have fun. If you can give yourself some love, eventually those things you don’t like about yourself will change or you will grow to like them.

Decide to be light today! Decide to not give a fuck! If you’re not worried about what other people think, you’re worried about what you think. And today I’m here to tell you, you don’t have to give a fuck! Repeat this to yourself over and over and over. Let it fill you up. You’ll begin seeing reflections— evidence—that yes, you are lovable. Yes, there are reasons to love you. You are so lovable! You are so lovable. You are perfect exactly the way you are. You know when there’s a person who isn’t classically attractive, but you are so into them and you just think they are so incredible? It’s because they love themselves and they don’t care about what other people think. They’re confident. Allow yourself to have that same confidence today. Allow yourself to be filled up with your own love and people will flock to you. It’s not about what you look like. It’s not about who you know or how much money you have. It’s not about how skinny you are or how built you are, it’s about how much you love yourself. And if you can love yourself exactly the way you are, so will everyone else. Its magick!

And it’s fine to just say the mantra but you gotta get into that feeling place. What does it feel like to love yourself? To me, I feel playful. I feel excited to be alive. I feel delighted. I feel like life is my lover, like life is giving me the surprises and the synchronicities, the magick, the love.

You can be your reason for feeling good. Even if you are all alone, you can feel just as turned on and excited about life as if you were with your most desired crush. You can give this to yourself and you can give it to yourself right now!

Feel delighted to be you. Feel delighted to be alive. It’s all for you! Plus it’s all just a reflection of you, so even your crush is just you in a different skin.

So much of our feeling bad comes from resisting. But when we welcome what’s happening, we loosen up. We allow. We allow the flow of well being to come through us.

Yes!
Thank you!

When you say yes and thank you, you get in that feeling place of getting what you wanted. Major manifestations, winning, feeling good, having fun, feeling attractive, feeling turned on, feeling excited about who you are and what you’re doing.

Yes!
Thank you!

All you have to do is feel the feeling first, and the circumstances and manifestations will come. You gotta be it to see it.

Thank you!

Can you feel yourself getting in a better mood already? Can you feel your power coming back into you?

Breathe in and say yes!

You can align right now. You don’t have to think about all those things. You can chose to feel good first and then go think about those things.

Only your thoughts make you feel bad. Only your thoughts trip you up and make you question yourself, doubt yourself, hate yourself. It’s your thoughts! And you have the power to choose your next thought!

Let yes and thank you bring you into the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. This applies to everybody. In the present moment, it’s neutral. There’s no good or bad, there’s just experience. Without thoughts you feel good. Without thoughts you return to your natural state of well being. You were born to feel good. You were born to have fun!
