Let yourself smile.

Breathe in and relax your body.
Breathe out and open up to receiving.

You’re in the right time, you’re in the right place. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Today is the best day of your life! Today the energy has shifted! Today, you are free! Today, well being is flowing through you!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Let go of your worries. Let go of your fears. Everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

You are safe. You are protected from all harm. In this moment, it’s all working out for you.

Breathe in and notice what you’re thinking.
Breathe out and ask yourself, “Is that worrying I’m doing?”

Today you can be free from your worries. Today you can let your worries go. You can decide to enter the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and step into the present moment.
Breathe out and lighten up! It’s not serious!

We are here to have fun! We are here to play!

Breathe in and empty your mind.
Breathe out and let the flow through you.

No matter what has happened, that’s the past. Right now is all that’s real. You get to decide what’s real by choosing your next thought.

Breathe in and think about what you want.
Breathe out and feel what it would feel like to have that.

Breathe in and bask in that feeling!
Breathe out and let go of that desire.

You’ve thought about what you wanted. You’ve pulsed the feeling. Now let it come to you.
The only work that’s left is entering the present moment.

In the present moment, only love is real. In the present moment, you are safe.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I love myself!”

Breathe in and say, “I forgive myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I forgive myself!”

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I forgive myself!

Now decide to treat everyone and everything in your reality the same way. Decide to love and forgive everything you encounter today. Whether it’s an inanimate object or a person or animal, a place an idea, an app—whatever it is, decide to love and forgive. It’s all conscious. It’s all a reflection of you. The more you can love and forgive the more you’ll be loved and forgiven.

Remind yourself to love today. Everything you do, do it with love in your mind and in your heart.
