Go Beyond Affirmations (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and relax your body.
Breathe out and let yourself smile! Life is not serious!

Breathe in and lighten up!
Breathe out and let your breath take you where you want to go.

Breathing in, I’m in the right place at the right time.
Breathing out, I can let go now.

Breathe in and lighten up! It is not serious! You do not have to care!
Breathe out and just relax.

You can relax now. Everything is perfect and in its place. Let life fall into place around you. Right now is the perfect time for you to slow down and allow what you want to come, instead of pushing it away. Right now, in this moment, you are at your most magickal! Right now, at this moment, you are free to be or do or have anything you want!

Breathe in and think about what you want!
Breathe out and just accept your desires. It’s ok to want what you want.

Breathe in and imagine what it would feel like to get what you want!
Breathe out and and know the power of your magick.

You have the strong desire. You’ve pulsed what it feels like to have it. Now you can let it go and let it come to you. But you have to let it go!

Breathe in and lighten up!
Breathe out and let it go! It’s time to let it go!

Decide to never think of that ever again. That desire? It’s going to come as soon as you forget about it.

Breathe in and be still.
Breathe out and be here now.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream.
Breathe out and say thank you. You made it. You’re here! You’re present.

This is the heaven you think you’re going to go to when you die. It’s right here, right now, right in front of your face.

Breathing in I love myself.
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck.

Any time you get scared or you start beating yourself up, go back to that mantra:

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

But in the present moment, you don’t even need that mantra. In the present moment, you only need your breath, maybe a smile.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Go back to just your plain ol’ breath. There’s nothing to think about. When I think, “I love myself and I don’t give a fuck,” I’m simplifying down from many thoughts, trying to get a focus. But in the present moment, thinking, “I love myself and I don’t give a fuck,” just introduces more thoughts into your mind.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Your breath holds the secrets that are beyond thought, that are beyond affirmations.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

You are magickal. You really can have what you want, but you have to let your thoughts go and enter the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out!
