Let go of those worries. Let go of those fears. Let go of your desires. Let go of wishing life would be some other way.

Breathe in and make peace with what is.
Breathe out and feel gratitude for what is.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Your mood is your work. Your mood is your only work. Decide right now to get in a better mood and let the solutions come to you!

How can we get in a better mood right now? First we can smile!

We can say yes and thank you! And forget about everything else outside of this moment.

In this moment, everything is working out for you. In this moment, you actually like who you are. In this moment, you don’t give a fuck about your worries! You don’t give a fuck about what other people are doing or thinking or saying or being. In this moment, you are free to be yourself. You are free to love yourself exactly the way you are. You are free to not care about your worries. You are free to not care about what other people think. You are free to not care about your to do list.
