Worrying Is Optional (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and relax into this moment.
Breathe out and let your worries go.

You don’t have to worry. Worrying is optional.

Breathe in and notice what you’re worried about.
Breathe out and just listen to your thoughts about what you might be worried about.

Of course, I’m worried about my trial which still hasn’t happened. So anxious, had a major freakout today. But, then I picked up my zine called “Become Worry-Free Right Now,” and the first line I read was:

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

We have the power to stand up to our thoughts, to stand up to our worries, to enjoy this moment right here, right now. We have the power to become worry-free right now!

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

Whatever you’re worried about—for me, The Trial—decide that you’re going to love yourself anyway no matter what the outcome is. And truly, in the big picture, you don’t give a fuck. It’s not going to matter 5 years from now. It’s not going to matter when you’re dead. It’s not even going to matter 5 minutes after it’s over. It’s not even going to matter during this thing you’re worried about?

Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

Feel your power coming back to you! Now the only work is to keep your attention on your breath and not on your worries.

Breathe in and train your attention.
Breathe out and feel so relieved.

You always have your breath. Your breath can always pull you out of worry.

Whatever you’re worried about, stand up to those thoughts right now. Worrying is just wishing for what you don’t want! Worrying doesn’t help! Worrying just makes you feel bad! Your thoughts are the only thing that can make you feel bad.

Use this mantra to stand up to your thoughts. Use this mantra to feel better, to enter the present moment where everything is fun and theres nothing to worry about. Even in the moment of me standing in trial, I can still have the presence of mind to think to myself:

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

It’s up to us to stand up to our thoughts. No one can do it for us. There’s an infinite world of peace and love and joy waiting just beyond our thoughts, in the on and off of our breath. Decide to access that realm of on and off, in and out, and merge into oneness.

Over time you’ll begin to see the breath as one single thing.

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

Your attention will merge with your breath. Your attention will leave the worries and the worries will just float away.

Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

Feel what it really feels like to mean those words. Feel what it feels like to love yourself. Feel what it feels like to not care about your worries, to not care abut your fears. Not giving a fuck just means that when you come across a negative thought, you let it go instead of hanging onto it and letting it make you feel worse.

And now neither do you. We are free to exist in this present moment where there is no trial happening! There is no need to feel fear and anxiety! In this present moment we are free. Everything is perfect and in its place. Everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about here.
