Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and let the flow through you.

You’re in the right place at the right time. Remember that you always have two voices: your mind, and the voice of source. You can choose to listen to either voice at any time.

Breathe in and connect to your source.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious and it just doesn’t matter!

Breathe in and connect to source.
Breathe out and let go of your worries.

In this moment, you can choose to listen to your mind worrying, or you can listen to the source within you, that speaks only of love.

Breathe in and connect to source.
Breathe out and visualize it: say, “I am connected to source.” And feel that channel open up within you.

Breathe in and feel connected.
Breathe out and let go of your thoughts about being connected.

You don’t have to think about it or figure it out. You just are.

Breathe in and feel connected!
Breathe out and be connected.

Keep your focus on that single point, that singular point between you and source.

Breathe in and focus on that single point.
Breathe out and feel your connection growing stronger.

In this moment, you are alive. You are connected to source. Nothing can harm you. You are safe and protected. In this moment, everything is perfect and in its place. In this moment, you can relax. You’re connected!

Breathe in and feel that connection.
Breathe out and listen to that connection.

In this moment, you are whole. You are perfect exactly the way you are. You are so loved exactly the way you are. In this moment, you don’t have to change a single thing.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and bring your attention back into this present moment.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and make that conscious effort to step away from your thoughts into this moment.

Breathe in.
Breathe out.

Breathe in.
Breathe out.

This is all that exists. This moment is the truth.

Breathe in and connect to the truth.
Breathe out and let your fears go.

I know you’ve been so afraid. I’ve been so afraid. But just imagine: this fear you’re feeling, has an opposite, equal side of love. Just imagine: take the level of fear you’ve experienced lately, and visualize feeling that much equal or greater love and joy. When you feel fear, it makes room for the opposite excitement, love and joy. So when you go through times of feeling down, feeling contrast, you’re creating times where you feel the opposite—where you feel joy, where you feel the excitement of getting what you wanted. Of feeling good. Of feeling good about yourself and your life.

Breathe in and feel that period coming on!
Breathe out and feel excited! The opposite side of the wave is coming your way and its time for you to ride it!

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck about this contrast! This contrast is helping me create what I want!”

Ask yourself right now, “What is the contrast making me ask for?” The contrast is making me ask for times when I’m not afraid. When I’m not afraid be sued. The contrast is making me ask for times where I have things to look forward to, not things to dread. This contrast is making me ask for things to look forward to. I can’t wait to have things to look forward to! So take all that fear and ask yourself, what is this fear making me ask for? What do I prefer??

Breathe in and feel so relieved because now it’s created!
Breathe out and remember: this is why you came here. You came to live through the contrast and the fear so that you could know what you want. What’s the excitement of life, if not having desires?

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and remember you always get what you want!

Breathing out I don’t give fuck about those thoughts, about the contrast, about the times of fear, because the times of love are now upon us!
