Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and let go of your worries.

Let go of those thoughts that you can’t stop thinking. It’s time to let go and enter the present moment, right here, right now.

Breathe in and let the flow through you!
Breathe out and wake up in the dream.

In this moment, you are safe. In this moment, you are loved. In this moment, everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and remember who you are

You’re god in human form. Everything’s working out for you. It’s ok to relax and let those thoughts go. Your thoughts are the only thing that can make you feel bad.

Breathe in and transcend your thoughts.
Breathe out and step away from your thoughts.

Your breath can help you transcend your thoughts any time. Let your breath guide you away from the cacophony in your mind into the bliss of the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

If you’re worried, if you feel like you’re getting sick, if you’re in pain, if you’re deeply afraid of something, go back to the mantra of, “I love and accept you exactly the way you are.” Whatever’s bothering you, whether it’s someone outside of you, or something you’re doing, or an ailment you can’t seem to shake, send unconditional love to you or that thing outside of you. It will smooth all the edges right down.

Breathe in and say, “I love and accept myself exactly the way I am.”
Breathe out and say it, “(Your name) I love and accept you exactly the way you are.”

Let this be your mantra today. Say it over and over and over. Especially if someone is bothering you, or you’re afraid something. Just say to that person or that thing, “I love and accept you exactly the way you are. I love and accept you exactly the way you are. I love and accept you exactly the way you are." Nothing needs to change in your reality for you to feel good. Nothing needs to change for you to feel love. You can choose it right now, and then your reality reflects that love and that thing won’t hurt you, you won’t get sick, you won’t get hurt because you’ll be projecting love and nothing can penetrate your love aura!

You aren’t doing anything wrong. You’re doing everything right. You’re in the right place at the right time. It’s all working out perfectly. Just step outside of your thoughts and let life be fun today!
