Breathe out and release your resistance!

You don’t have to worry about that anymore. Now is the time to enter the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe in and remember who you are!
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up!
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come!

Today we’re going to go back to our magick, back to our breath, use our breath to become calm, and to supercharge our manifestation powers!

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and let go of your worries!

Let go of thinking about anything else outside of right now. This is the right place and the right time. Everything ever created led up to right here, right now. This moment is important. You get to enjoy this moment now!

Breathe in and lighten up!
Breathe out and let go!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

You gotta be it to see it. Today we’re going to become calm, powerful, connected, awake, invigorated, and energized. Today we’re going to try square breathing, where you inhale for 4 seconds, hold it for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds and hold it for another 4 seconds. This is a popular breathing technique in magick. The more you practice it, the better you feel. The better you feel, the better things you attract.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and relax.

Our breath is always there for us when we need to calm down or feel energized or feel powerful or manifest. Relax and let your breath guide you. It’s all you need today.
