Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and smile because life isn’t serious!
Breathe out and surrender. It’s ok to let go now.

You don’t have to try to control anything else today.

Breathe in and make peace with what is.
Breathe out and let go of your worries.

Whatever it is you’re worried about, decide to not care. Even if it happens, you can still feel good.

Breathe in and start feeling excited about life! You can feel good no matter what!
Breathe out and let go of those worries and those fears.

Even if you lose a limb, even if you go to jail, even if you lose everything, even if everyone you know dies, you can still feel good.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and feel the flow coming back through you!

Your natural state is feeling good. Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. So if something happened or is happening or you’re worried about something, and you feel bad, all you have to do is step away from your thoughts. Return to your natural state of feeling good.

Breathe in and step away from your thoughts.
Breathe out and smile because it’s easy to step away from your thoughts! You have something built into your body designed to help you step away from your thoughts—your breath.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Any time you need to calm down:

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Any time you’re worried:

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

And when you’re ready to step into your creative power:

Breathing in I am god breathing in.
Breathing out I am god breathing out.

Decide to be playful. Decide to play with your day. Even if it’s decided against you, even if someone hurts you. Even if you’re sick, no matter what happens, you can still feel good!

Breathing out I am god breathing out.

Everything happens for a reason.

Breathing in I am god breathing in.
Breathing out I am god breathing out.

Even if you’ve hit rock bottom and you can’t go any lower,

Breathing in I am god breathing in.
Breathing out I am god breathing out.

You can take back control by letting go of your thoughts. You can take back control of how you feel right now, by refusing to let your thoughts drag you down! You can stand up to your thoughts right now! And no matter what happens you will still feel good!

Breathing in I am god breathing in.
Breathing out I am god breathing out.

That’s all you need to remember, just go back to your breath. Remember who you are. You’re god in human form! We’re living this wild ride where we’re ghosts in meat suits. So let’s just have fun with it. It’s not serious! It’s just for fun!
